DISHONESTY AND NEGLIGENCE, NO CARE ATTITUDE
Shipment sent from overseas in France - been chasing up since August 2018 - to no avail. Various call centre agents including bongiwe claim to have no trace of any tracking number, claimed origin did not send there parcel - yet we had a tracking number, after over 20 calls and umpteen emails, now DHL claim to have storage charges and immense penalties, however at no point was any invoice EVER sent to me or my company, nor any communication made by DHL informing of the invoice - which was what we have been chasing for almost 7 months - DO NOT USE DHL FOR ANY SHIPPING OR LOGISTICS, YOU WILL LOSE MONEY AND YOUR PRODUCT!!!

Amazing experience
The knowledge that these people have is unmatched in the industry. Took my car for diagnostics, prepared for a 10 thousand rand turbo replacement, and within 15 minutes diagnostics was done, and a leak was found, clamps replaced and problem solved - thank you Chilli and Chris for the brilliant service - no wonder you guys are as successful as you are.

Afrihost treat customers very poorly
DO NOT USE AFRIHOST THEIR SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT! I WAS WAITING FOR 15 MINUTES HOLDING FOR A CALL CENTRE OPERATOR AND EVENTUALLY GOT THROUGH TO JAN BRITZ DU PLESSIS - WHO HAD ME ON HOLD WHILE HE WAS SURFING THE INTERNET AND SOCIAL MEDIA - I HAVE PROF OF THIS AT THE SAME TIME I WAS HOLDING FOR HIM.<br> <br> WHEN BROUGHT UP WITH HIS SUPERVISOR, LIES WERE TOLD TO COVER THE ISSUE UP -- AFRIHOST LIE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS, THEY HAVE NO REGARD FOR THE VALUE OF BUSINESS. <br> <br> DO NOT USE AFRIHOST, THEIR LINES ARE SLOW, THEIR SERVERS ARE ALWAYS DOWN, AND THE SERVICE WHEN TRYING TO GET RESOLUTION THERETO IS NON EXISTENT!
