I have ordered items which supposedly left the USA on the 11th of January and would have arrived at the 22nd of January. When I wanted to cancel the order today I was told it left the USA this morning and would arrive the 24th of January by which I must then log a return after it has been delivered. ***?
I immensely enjoyed this course, I had quick replies to all my questions and found it suitably challening
I made a booking with taxi2airport to travel from O R Thambo to Nigel after my flight from Upington. The day before the flight at 17:00 I had to cancel my flight and my ride. The staff from taxi2airport, especially Jessica Gajadien, was very helpful and helped me to cancel it and paid me refund back immediately without extra costs or hassles. I would definitely refer people to them to use their service. It is outstanding. Thanks taxi2airport
I have made a booking on a flight from Upington to Johannesburg, at a very late stage (17:00 the previous afternoon of a fight that was to leave for Johannesburg the next day at 12:50) I had to cancel my flight. I know there would be some losses because of my late cancellation but they gave me the runaround from one person to the other. The ticket cost me originally R3497-00. I had to pay an extra R252-64 to travelstart for what they call a booking reference. When i cancelled the flight I got informed that I will only be getting the amount of R1335-60. But this will only be paid out 6 - 8 weeks after I paid another R299-00 for what is apparently called a "Refund Processing Fee". The next time I book a flight it will not be with SAA and I will most certainly try not to use Travelstart, I am sure there are other companies that can help you. I also booked a ride from the airport to my house and when I informed them that I need to cancel they had no problem paying me back the whole amount which I received into my bank account the next morning .
I bought a 3 liter D4D Toyota Hilux Double Cab 4x4 2013 at Secunda Toyota with 91000km on the clock. I bought the vehicle in November 2015. I've been driving it now for 6000km and I am very satisfied with the vehicle, which I bought with brand new tyres, a full serivce history record and genuine leather seats, the vehicle is well looked after, I am very impressed with the overall condition of the vehicle and I want to sincerely thank Delia for the great deal that she was able to do for me and the absolute professionalism with which she conducted the customer service, I will definitely recommend her with complete trust for any transaction. Toyota South Africa can definitely give her 10 out of 10
We bought a Sinotech 40\ tv on 14/03/3015. We took it back on 11/07/3015 due to lines forming on the screen. We booked it in with them for repairs. Up to today 26/09/2015 we did not get any feedback or tesponse. When we phone them they say they will call us back without taking any information from us. We were in store at customer service in emalahleni on 13/09/2016. They promised us feedback as they have a 21 days policy on returns. Still no feedback"
