Execu Move make my relocation to Australia so much easier - they knew exactly what I could and couldn't take which made my customs clearance seamless.

All calls dropped by Vodacom

Every single one of my calls gets dropped by the Vodacom network. Both inbound and outbound. What is the point of having a contract? When you provide no service?

Terrible Spa

For someone who has experienced a lot of spas in Johannesburg Aesthetic Elements has to be the worst. I was given a gift of a full day spa package of 4 hours and was pushed out after 2.5. I had to tell the therapist to stop the indian head massage as it was just a hair pulling exercise which resulted in birds nests in my hair. The facial was terrible - she used a face cloth (which smelled like feet) instead of sponges and slapped some stuff on then wiped it off. I didn't get the salt glow exfoliation at all :( The express pedi used cold water and no buffing! And the manager Michaelie instructed the therapist that a express pedi did not include a paint? Since when does a pedi not include a paint? Oh and the whole time I was there I wasn't so much as offered a glass of water... Shameful! P.S. It took me two hours to get the knots out of my hair from the 'indian head massage'
