We bought tickets to Paw Patrol Durban. The show was postponed but we didn't receive any notification. They just quietly refunded the tickets. As we didn't notice the refund, we arrived at the venue only to find out that the show was payphone. We had a very disappointed 4 year old. Yoliswa informed us about the refund but completely ignored an email asking why we weren't informed about the postponement.
I re-enabled our Ucook account after not using it for over a year. Last week (6 Sep) was our first order. I updated our address to KZN the previous week but forgot to update the suburb (Kuils River). Soon after the order was placed I updated the address. The box however was still sent to Kuils River in Cape Town instead of Kloof in KZN. When Ucook called me they said I should have phoned them to tell them about this. However, I had updated the address on the online system on the previous Wednesday. They said they could either send the box to charity or to an address of my choice in Cape Town. I initially told them to send it to charity. However, I phoned back a few minutes later and gave them the address of our friends in Table View, Cape Town for them to send the box to. This week our friends phoned to say they never got the box. Ucook now tells me that they never changed the address with the courier and it was sent to charity. This has left us and our friends very disappointed... especially as this was our first order after re-starting the service.
My complaint was handled professionally and was resolved timeously. I was very happy with the final result.
Most of the baby changing / family rooms seem either to be locked, under construction or under maintenance. We had nowhere to feed or change our baby.
I submitted a cancellation form to cancel my products on 19 February. In March someone phoned to say that my new broker had informed them that I'm moving funds and that I should submit a cancellation form as they hadn't received one. I told her I had already submitted this and she said that she would make sure the policies were cancelled. However, my account was debited in March and April.
I bought a bicycle on Sunday afternoon. When I opened the box this evening to assemble it, there were no parts, tools, pedals or accessories that were supposed to be included. The box with these parts has clearly been removed
