Who is in charge of MTN's app, which is an absolute joke and amateur product - it always has been for years. There are also so many versions of the app in the app store, which does not really matter as they are all faulty and terrible to use.
The most amateur investment company on the planet - just look at their rating on hellopeter. Their website has now been down for a week, for both individual and corporate clients. I have no idea how they can still be holding on to corporate customers with this display of amateurism. If they cannot run a website, how are they managing my funds?
How is it that Discovery Bank (both website and app) is down on most salary pay days when you need to make payments etc???
TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! I had two tickets which for H2O Cape Town which I requested a refund for a week ago due to bad weather forecasted. The refund was processed and I received the funds back, only 50% though of the initial purchase price. They have now moved the event a day forward to tomorrow Fri 27-Sep, so now I want to go again. I spoke to the lady on the phone to reverse the refund, ie I pay the 50% refund back to you and get my two tickets back. Or alternatively you issue me a 50% discount voucher and I purchase two new tickets. The lady on the phone simply refuses to hear accommodate me in any way. I have also sent two emails to team@howler.co.za and support@howler.co.za - no response whatsoever.
AF Connect still down since two-pot launched. Unprepared and poor planning. Non existent customer service. This will sink AF when people transfer their funds to other services providers like Allan Gray who has been running smoothly and professionally since two-pot launch. Queries are literally answered within minutes. I’m transferring all my funds to Allan Gray, before AF’s collapse. No one wants to invest with a amateur clown show. Their excuse of high traffic any day, middle of the night as well, is just a blatant lie, their site is broken not busy.
I would like to compliment Allan Gray on how well they have prepared their site for the Two-pot system. The same unfortunately cannot be said for Alexander Forbes whose site is still down at time of writing.
It is inconceivable how utterly ill prepared Alexander Forbes is for the Two-pot system D-day. 4 September and their site is still down, with a message "experiencing high volumes' which is just a blatant lie. I tried very late at night and got the same message. I find them ************* with such a blatant lie and can't help but wonder how well they are managing my funds. Allan Gray on the other hand - zero issues, well geared and prepared and running smoothly.
Hard to fathom that a large company like Discovery suck so much at technology and IT. 4 apps (that I know of and have to use): Discovery (the main one I guess), Discovery Bank, Discovery Health and Discovery Insure. All of them containing bits and pieces, eg for insurance matters I have to jump between the main app, the Insure app and the bank app - nothing is in one place, eg you cannot find everything about insurance in one app, you have to jump around between apps. For the past couple of months the main app has been a dog show - error ridden, face login not working - have to type your details in every time you log in. How on earth have they not noticed this yet? This morning I was left red faced trying to buy a coffee at Vida with a voucher that did not open, even though 200 Discovery miles were deducted. I still can't open the voucher - "Digital card download error - Could not download requested digital card this time". Do not even try their chatbots on the web or Whatsapp - amateur hour. Who runs the IT and tech circus over there?
Getting no response from Perfect Pools Glengarry despite phoning and emailing them several times and leaving messages. I was made promises of call backs, but nothing. I have spent a fortune with them - every time they tell me to bring water to test and sell me chemicals to put in, time and time again. I have advised them it's not working, for a year now, but they keep selling me chemicals. Eventually they came to replace my sand. The water is still murky and in the process they broke off a ***** in the filter, which is now stuck - cannot get them to come and see if they will fix it despite promises that they would come to look - they are now just blatantly ignoring me. It is a year now of visits, water tests and spending a fortune on chemicals and my water is still murky, and in addition I now also have a leaking filter because of a missing *****. Judging by the other bad reviews of Perfect Pools on here, it seems I am not the only customer being completely ignored and disrespected. 1.87 rating on here - so no, it's not me, they are just terrible at customer service.
Stay away from Discovery bank!!! I have been with Discovery Bank about a month and after lots of promises, after duping me into upgrades etc for better rewards and interest rates, they drop my savings interest rate today by 0.5%. This was done by no formal communication other than the lamest sms, offering no reasons for the drop. They duped and deceived me - stay away from them!!! They lured me in with great interest rate promises, and after a lot of effort changing banks, they dropped the rates. ***???!! I got my girlfriend to switch to them as well - I feel like an idiot now! Well done Discovery, well played you skelms!!!
