Very bad experience, Arrives 3 hours late. They make you feel like a ***** and demanding payments then starts swearing at you and throwing racial insults all because we ask for a invoice when they suddenly charge more than quoted. Extremely arrogant company.
Bellow snip from my email received from Standard Bank should speak for itself after they delivered my card to the wrong destination. Been without a business card now for nearly 2 months Thank you for the email received regarding rerouting the card. Kindly be advised that we have amended the delivery instruction and sent it to our courier company. Please note that it will take 7 to 21 business working days for card to be delivered. You are welcome to contact us should you require further assistance.
I deal with a lot of contractors, but Randburg Glass took the pits in being the worst company I have dealt with to date. Waited nearly 2 weeks to get a quote after numerous follow ups and no phone call being answered. Eventually told this is a WhatsApp number but the number is listed as a contact number on their website. Nevertheless, eventually received a vague quote with no detailed costing, then requested for a detailed quote. Now in contact with the lady in the office after almost another week of waiting for the quote, being given all kinds of excuses and she will speak to the gentleman working on the quote to send a detailed quote. After now phoning daily for another 3 days asking for the quote which amounts to just over R200k I have contacted another supplier. Just now being tired of being told I am busy with clients and will ask the person when I see him. Customer service is absolutely shocking and the mere fact that you must beg just for a quote for days, gives me an idea of what the actual work would be like. Don't even waste your time with this company, just use someone competent from the start that actually wants to communicate with their potential clients.
I have now phoned and spoken to multiple people about this cancelation who all promised to get back to me about the cancelation of the debit order and refunding the debit orders deducted after the cancelation periop lapsed. If another debit order goes off my account or my money does not get refunded I will report this to the consumer commission and initiate legal action with costs against teljoy. This is absolutely ridiculous that this has been months going and no one gets back to me who I speak to and debit orders are still being taken. You have received your equipment, cancelation was last year already. CANCEL THE DEBIT ORDER AND REFUND THE MONEY OWED TO ME!!!!!
Good Day, please note that Dolphin Pools in KZN are using an unlawful company name. I am the owner of the registered company Dolphin Pool Services in Gauteng and holds the necessary documents as proof. I do wish to warn consumers about this fraudulent company. I have spoken to the guys using this name but they are not willing to change their name. We are in the process of taking further action against these individuals.
