I paid to have my shoes professionally cleaned, but the job was done poorly—I even had to wait while they fixed their mistake. What’s the point of paying for a service if I could’ve done a better job myself for less? I *want* to support local businesses, but it’s clear this one cares more about making money than delivering quality work, customer service, or taking pride in what they do. Really disappointed. Greenside Simply:Worst experience from the multiple bad experience. Lack of customer service and communication. No accountability for bad service and food. No management from manager and owner. I have complained on multiple occasions about the food not being made properly but still no change. Wasted +-R500, i purchased 3 x 508 1 x 551 1 x 514. Two issues 1. The 551 did not cashews and it was supposed to this 2. The meat in 508 was not cooked properly it was like boiled meat, we requested for the meat in the 508 to be well done. We phoned them yesterday once opened up to break our fast, we told to bring back to be replaced but today when we returned the food for replacement the was a long discussion/argument with the cashier and chef on the phone with the owner about who will pay for the replacement of the food. My wife called them 1hr before we got there to make sure all is on order and she was told that we just need to collect. I eventually left the bad food there without getting the replacement as they we still debating about the payment for the replacement. The supposed chef didn't even know what the problem was and was arguing with me. I'm sure the would have contained something awful if he had to remake it because he was giving me a **** look. I left my number for the owner to contact me, I'm still waiting.

The carwash at Hillfox has poor customer service. You pay a premium for rushed service and the manager Charlie does not how to speak to customers. I paid for premium hand polish and wash but the manager was rushing the guys on my car. They app**** the polish and were immediately shining the polish off, I've come here before and chose the same option but it was done differently as the guys app**** the polish first and only after applying the polish started shining the polish off. Never coming back here again. Whenever I come here they always want cash payment and few times they will tell me that card machine is not working but when I insist on trying then it works.
