They refuse to pay my illness claim with no valid reason. I don't even think they realize it is my money at the end of the day
I have been through a difficult time and submitted a claim for ICB. They have done everything to NOT pay me. They keep rejecting my claim. They even changed the date of my submission which is legally *****ulent. I would not recommend Momentum to anyone.
They have been sending me from pillar to post. They have been escalating this since March but nobody contact me. The agents drops the calls when i call. Ive been calling in for 9months.not once did an assessor or and anyone call me. They pay others but dont want to pay me. 9months? And not one person thought of atleast calling. They pay all the other people but with me, i think they dont want me to get paid. Can you imagine 9 months of be calling, begging, crying with them.
I have an adsl line with mweb. My line stopped working on 2016/03/04. I advised that I work from home and need it up asap. I then decided to cancel my line, including telkom who are aware I could not use it. Now they refuse to cancel after I took another LTE contract. Mweb and telkom have an agreement and I do not see why customers should suffer if they have their own issues. How can I pay for a subscription that doesn't work? And they have the nerve to tell me i need to pay for it. This is ridiculous
My brother attended the college in 2008. He wrote his supplementary and passed. He now moved to Pretoria and needs to submit the results for numerous job applications. All we need is the reason and what can be done now. We visited The Department of Education and they say that the college did not submit the results. We contacted the college and they saying that it is too far back to view his results on their system. Can you believe that they don't even archive results? My brothers future depends on this and they keep saying we will be contacted with no luck.
