I am frequenting this outlet, the staff are awesome. What really puts me off is that they are given a collection target of between R100-R200 on the R2 Donations. I tried to call Area Coach who’s number are publicly displayed for customer complaints or compliments, s/he never pick up a call nor return it. KFC was on National TV few weeks ago about this unbecoming behaviour.
It is Sunday after church, tue service was awesome. Our Pastor was preaching about Discouragement that we need not to be discouraged, we left the church in high spirit and there we go for a quick snack. Guess what? Big disappointment and discouragement, we get to this outlet and to be approached by an appalling service. The waiter drops the menu and disappears, we had to ask for another waiter to come take our drinks order atleast. She comes with a long face, as if this was not enough they bring the wrong drinks order. What is happening with customer service lately ?
On numerous occasions that I have been asking Incredible Connection Management to stop sending me notifications of their customers status update on their credit applications, this is exposing their customers information to third parties without customer’s consent to make their names and what they do to public. This makes customers personal information not protected. I seem not to be winning on. If I receive an update again I will have no option but to publicise the customers details so that they can see the seriousness of this.
