Wow by far the worst service I have ever received. I placed my order on the 5th of January. To date no product or refund. And the staff are not very helpful at wll
Wow the service received from builders online is shocking. I was warned not to make use of their online services but was naive enough to think my experience would be different. I have ordered online twice. Both times I have had to constantly call and follow up on my order. The call center promises that someone from the store will make contact to provide feedback but the feedback never materializes. Builders Constantia clearly do not have working telephones because they never answer their phones. Builders online, if you are not willing to provide a service, do no take peoples money.
Myself and my family were in Canal Walk on Saturday (husband and 1 year old baby). We parked in the lower level parking area next to the Joe Soap car wash. While my husband packed our groceries away, I was strapping my 1 year old into his car seat. While I was doing this, one of the employees from the car wash arrived, jumped in the car next to us and just started pulling out. No warning, so excuse me I am going to pull out, nothing. At the last moment I noticed him pulling out and quickly slammed the door shut so that he did not knock myself and the car. What made it worse was the arrogant and disrespectful attitude thereafter. He stopped, rolled the window down to argue and blame me for being in the way. Joe Soap should teach their staff how to interact with customers and visitors of the mall. Canal Walk should either give the car wash their own bays or relocate the car wash. If my child had been hurt due to this man's negligence, I would have taken legal action against this car wash
Myself and my husband were at Spur in Claremont today. <br> We visit this establishment often and had lunch as usual. When it came time pay, we were advised that the card machine was not worKing.<br> We were advised that one of us would need to go withdraw cash while the other waited at the restaurant. <br> In the smoldering heat today, could the staff not have been professional enough to advise us that the machine was offline so that we could decide whether or not we would stay instead of telling us after the fact???<br> While sitting waiting for my husband to return from the atm, none of the staff informed incoming customers of this problem. <br> Really disappointing service!!!<br>
