Absolutely great team to work with...very quick and efficient. I have used them for years to assist with dispatching of EMS Services and cannot fault them on anything.
Turn-around time for feedback is way too long....issue was solved by making use of another party. I am sure there are other better providers out there.
There is this online website that is currently de*****ing innocent customers (Enchanting Fragrances - hosted in Canada), and PayFast is the intermediatory in facilitating the payments for this merchant (I will go an open a case against them at SAPS and inform my bank), I logged a case to PayFast to review this merchant and remove them from their payment system, to stop them de*****ing other innocent people...response back from PayFast is not what I expected...in short they will continue to provide services to these de*****ing merchants, I need to take the matter up with my bank.
These guys are ****mers, don't use them...wish I'd come to this site before I purchased from them, I have not received my ordered parcel, the WhatsApp number is not answered neither is their support email address...stay away folks.
Use them often...totally recommend all those with mobile devices install this APP.
Spoke to a discovery agent on 26th October regarding the purchase of an Orthopedic chair using my MSA. She instructed me to use claims@discovery.co.za to direct my query to, which I did...I called for follow-up yesterday and was told it's the wrong email address, then told to use administration@discovery.co.za, only to hear this morning it is also the wrong email address, before the agent could give me the new email address the call cut, and he didn't call me back, I called again and spoke to another agent who was trying to find this email address and her call also now dropped; I am so ****ed to talk to a call center person....I want to talk to a manager or someone who knows what he/she is doing...
