One of your sales representees, Craig Kindon, visit my property on Friday 16 August 2024 to quote for waterproofing. I have still not received a quotation 10 days later in spite an email reminder. Poor service by your sales staff. They are costing you money. Poor first impression of your company. I have in the meantime accepted a quotation from another company who responded the same day with a quotation.
I submitted an online order on 27 October, which still shows as pending. I have not received any further assistance to get the order completed. I phoned the customer care number on at least seven occasions and could not get through. I submitted an online chat enquiry on the 27th, which is up to know unanswered. And the worst, I arrived at the Brooklyn shop this afternoon at 16:55 and it was already closed! Is it so difficult to buy something from Coricraft? Coricraft is soon going to be another spectacular business failure due to bad customer service. Dr Oosthuizen
We have now been foreword and backwards for two months to change signatories on our business account. Got completely different advise from the Montana and Menlyn branches. Early November we were advise to send all the forms to [Email Removed] which I did on 4 November. I received an auto response to say that my enquiry will be addressed in three business days. More than two weeks later and still no contact from FNB in spite of four calls to the call centre and the case being escalated to two team leaders. Every time just an empty promise that someone will phone me back. Indeed very disappointing. I have lost my faith in FNB and will advise my fellow directors to close this account. Luckily my private account is green where I get excellent service.
I phoned Bosch service centre on 20 May 2015 to request a call out for my faulty wine cooler. Their service person (outsourced: Rose Refrigeration) came on the 21st. He just said that I must adjust the settings as I have set the cooler too cold. I knew it wasn't the problem as I have adjusted the settings before with no affect. He didn't even bother to have a further look and asked me a call-out fee of R490.00. Since then I have phoned him numerous of times to came out again. Every time there was a different story and he never returned my calls or messages. On 24 June I phone Bosch service centre to speak to Daniel, who I believe is in charge of the service centre. Left a message, never phoned me back. I then phoned Vanbiljoens repair centre. They fetched the cooler within two hours, phone me the next day with a quote and will deliver soon.<br> <br> Bosch is suppose to be a good brand name but their service centre is damaging their repetition. If this is the after care service, then I will rather buy something else. Extremely unprofessional and useless. .
