Help 24 is pathetic. This morning at 03:00 we had a break in. I called them at 03:18 to report the matter. A vehicle only arrived at my house at 03:49, by then we could have been ******ed or had our house cleaned out. The excuse we got was that the vehicle had to come from Wilrogate to assist us. Just after 07:00 I requested that someone call me for an alarm quotation with the promise that someone will call me back. I made about 4 calls with no luck of speaking to anyone in the technical department. There is just simply no answer. The receptionist transferred me to the managers direct line, who also did not bother to take my call. Finally after loosing my cool completely someone called me back. The tech lady says they are too busy to assist me until tomorrow afternoon. It seems like they have to many clients and too little staff. When we signed up all sorts of promises was made to us about how much to worthy their clients. What a load of BS.
Recently Bewolk industries changed their Vape Pods from 12ml to 9ml. This was done without informing the end user or the stores selling their product. I have been unsuccessful in obtaining contact details for them to resolve this matter. They are ripping us off.
For approximately 2 weeks we have had ongoing issues with the speed of our Wi Fi Connection. We are paying for a 50mb line but only run at about 12mb. Today for the 3rd time this week my husband spoke to a call center agent to resolve the matter. The agent called Jonathan was extremely unhelpful and arrogant. Needless to say, we still do not have a solution.
<p>On 27 September I received a call informing me to pay R 639.00 on my account. I made a payment of R 640.00. Middle October my phone is suspended due to non payment. Upon calling the office I'm informed that I needed to pay R 1664.00. I have to date not had a single invoice or statement for the amount in so called arrears. If I log in the system shows me that I owe them R861.33? So if my account is in arrears with the unpaid amount of R 1664.00 why does my statement only show R 861.33. If there's any competent accounts person please call me to resolve before you suspend my account again and I will have to contact the CPA for assistance.</p>
This afternoon I treated my kids to some famous take away Wimpy food at Tahero Wimpy! Needless to say the service was poor and the food horrible. The buns where old, cheese had a funny smell and the relish had a sour taste. The kiddies cheese burger had no relish on cheese on. I noticed it when I opened ut and returned my daughter to exchange it. Only after she had left and I ate my cheese burger I noticed how disguisting it was! Never will I buy Wimpy again. It is way over priced for such gross food.
