I can't actualy give them a star. My parcel is out on delivery since Monday. I was promised on Wednesday, my parcel will mos def be delivered. But no parcel was delivered. I followed up again with the call centre on the 12/10/2023 and was promised it will be delivered just after 14:00, it is 15:28 still nothing has been delivered. I have customers cancelling their orders now, because they think that I'm a **** Do not use skynet, you will be dissapointed Their call centre is very helpful. I think the problem is with the ops and the drivers
Wow guys. We have been handed over by Cell C for not paying our November account. Strangely enough they don't keep recordings as my husband phoned 3 months in a row, to cancel the contract, July, August, September.... He used a new number, so didnt use their data or anyhting. When requesting the recordings, they choose to ignore the requests. So no we are sitting with Debt collectors, who is calling an nagging us for payment. Who also don't understand the fact that we want the recordings... He had itemised billing so we can show exactly when the calls has been made.... Is this the way Cell C tries to save them selfs buy stealing from people, over and over again.

Very quick, and was very impressed with their service at first, with all their follow ups before we moved. However problem came in when we moved. and there where damaged items. We only reported on item, and not all the others, as we didnt know about it immediately. But even the one item we reported as damaged, became an issue when we had to arrange a pickup, as Gary didnt respond on messages immediately, so we were unsure as to what to expect. You pay for insurance upto R100 000 with them, but it seems that they don't care about your items afterwards. And he has a great attitude problem...

This is the worst attorneys ever. We emailed them a court order, we spoke to them on the phone, they are dropping calls, and now appararently don't have made any calls to my husband before. But they are phoning every day. We don't owe any one any money according to the court order. Stop phoning us, if you are rude, we will be rude back
We paid a deposit of 50% to Gerhard 2+ weeks a go. We got promises after promises that he will deliver and install. He actually told me yesterday that he is 15min from my home at wilgeheuwel hospital, which is no where close to my home, and he never pitched. I asked him via whatsapp to sent me his email address so that i can sent him my banking details, but no success (No respond)
