Poor they dont come back to you at all i just want to cancel is it so difficult
Im trying to cancel my account for more than 10 years they just dont cancel it
I canceled on the 2 of October they did sent me a confirmation email that I canceled and that my cover ends at midnight 2 October but now when I ask for a refund they say now that I'm covered till end of October they dont tell you that when you cancel
I bought a product from them no delivery and no answer just ignoring
I create a sr no and they just close it without fixing the problem
The after service are verry poor not answering emails not phoning back after they had a 10 day refund option they suddenly change it to 7 days the item are fualty and they keep on saying its working they dont want to refund and they dont want to send my items back to me after I went through and give it back
My fiber link is down since 18/11/21 I'm getting no feedback from Vodacom only when i phone then someone says that my fiber is broken somewhere why do they take so long to fix a fault
Very bad they are dragging already for a week to deliver my card. Every time we make arrangement and then they don't pitch .I even took off from work because they say they are going to deliver but never pitches
I HAVE A 100 MEG FIBER BUT AT NIGHT I GET LESS THAN 1 MEG PUT IN A SERVICE REQUEST AND THEY JUST CLOSE IT AND SAY NOTHING IS WRONG
