ADSL Line down for 2+ Weeks - Not a single word
Our ADSL line has been off for more than two weeks. Logged a call immediately - and till today we have not had a SINGLE call / message or visit / sms form Telkom.<br> <br> I have followed up with the endless waiting line Call Centre - they presumably escalated the call. NOTHING.<br> <br> Telkom seems to be falling apart - WHERE CAN I GET alternatives?
