Dear Hello Peter, I'm writing to bring to your attention concerns about Luxlivproperty, an agency that placed a tenant in one of our properties. The tenant stayed for only 2 months despite a mandate for a 12-month tenancy. Luxlivproperty received a full 12- month commission. We expected the tenant to be liable for the remaining period or for Luxlivproperty to consider a pro-rata adjustment given the short stay. However, Luxlivproperty hasn't addressed this matter, prioritizing placing new tenants for additional commissions instead. We'd appreciate your consideration of this situation regarding Luxlivproperty's handling of our property management. Best regards,
Everytime we buy at KFC Celtis Ridge we don't get fresh food two times was written dunk wings today it was chips they were black and with lot of oil inside even a Dog can't eat those chips ,It's not fair to us because we using petrol to return their written things and the staff is very rude when you call the always say the manager or supervisor is not around.
Buffalo lost my parcel and I am the one who calls them'they always gives me different stories from last year 2023 November it seems they don't care about people'You can't even speak to their Manager or supervisor.
I ordered things from Shein last year October till today Baffalo has not delivered,To make matters worse they even apploaded wrong parcel into my profile on the 04th of November 2023.They don't bother updating me I am the one who calls them everyday and they keep on saying they will escalate the matter or the matter is Still under investigation.I am tired of their stories I just need my refund or my parcel.
I have their fiber and it's 3 months without it working I tried calling them no answers,Now they debit my account without any explanation or Authorization. I want out of that **** and my money to be refunded.
I had Solars installed in October 2021 and I have been having issues with the solars ever since they have been installed…the batteries die very quickly and I’ve called numerous times telling them about this issue and they give me a different stories each time. They have given me a service and items we didn’t agree on and now I have to redo everything with a different company. They installed the wrong panels, smaller panels, resulting in the batteries not storing enough power. According the the quote I was given the panels were supposed to be 410w and I was given 380w pannels. The same with the batteries, on the quote they supposed to be 3000 and I received 2000. The inverter on the quote is Growatt and a Kodak one was installed. I feel like I was scammed therefore I would like my money back (except the money for the Panels) and for them to come collect their things. I expect their response on how this matter will be resolved and how I will be refunded in the next 5 working days but they ignored me Regards Francinah Khunou
My parents are staying with a 7 year old girl who lost her parents and we decided to enrol the child to the other private school as she was not coping at the government school,so I helped them with the forms as they are pensioners and paid the registration on the 8th of February 2022.The forms where not complete as the current school needed to sign other forms and also the required documents ,I then filled the forms and send the forms to the school, paid monthly fees registration and I notified them that my parents will drop remaining documents to them. Unfortunately on the 9th of September the current school advised my parents not to remove the child, on the 14 of February I told the school that she is no longer coming to their school and they must refund me,They ignored me until i send several messages To my surprise they paid me Half the money and they said other money was for their booking,The child was not accepted YET,not attended a single class and they still don't have all documents but they take their booking fee (as they call it )and they not willing to pay it,That child was not booked/accepted because there were still missing documents and I haven't received acceptance or welcome letter to their school. I wrote a review about Makro Riversands and it was not resolved, they taking the store side ,Mpho Moruthane said I must write to ombudsman as they can't help, *I mean how do you know you don't like something until you fit it*?Our brothers and sisters are treated us unfairly,
Good day I am unhappy about the after service I received from makro Riversands I bought a TV with the bracket. The bracket is not stable and I have decided that I do not want the bracket anymore. I returned the bracket yesterday and was told to bring *****s by one of the workers. Today I brought the *****s and the manager was called,the manager told me that she's the manager and that's her branch/store and she will not give me my money back. I do not want the bracket anymore and all I want is my money but because my skin is of colour I am being treated like a fool, being brought back and forth. Can I get a refund because I don't want that bracket anymore and it's within my rights to return items.
