Worst treatment I have received from a hotel in South Africa. Aperantly a new Chines owner who does not know who treats customers. Staff at reception and management have no clue about cutomer service. I wanted just have a glass of wine but people from outside are refused entry. Put a sign op at the gate no access to non residents. Poor show.
What Iordered and what I received were two different things. Waste of time to deal with them.
The worst I came across n my life. Cancelled my contract immediately.
There is just no answer at Kulula call centre. For an airline that went bust twice this is shocking and clearly they dint have a pr department. If this service is so bad how do they service their planes. You suck Kulula. Fly Safair please.
