My son was struggling with his learner's. So I googled and found Thupello Driving Academy. From the first call I made I knew they are it. Bra Moss was very patient with me and listen to all my concerns and walked me through the whole process asked questions about my son got to understand his concerns and challenges. I really was in awe of how focused they were on him and gave him the confidence he needed. The admin staff is professional and friendly. Bookings were made and he was accompanied to the testing site. I must they deserve 100 ⭐. I highly recommend the academy to any and everyone
Placed an order on 11th December 2023. Got a comfirmation Whatsapp text stating my order will be ready early January 2024. On the 17 I received call stating my order was ready for delivery on the day but couldn't accept it as I was not at home so we rescheduled for 20th Dec. Placed a called early morning of 19th to reschedule delivery on the day and was comfirmed, waited the whole day until I decided to call yet again at 3pm and was told I will receive a call back within minutes. An hour later,no call back so I reverted back to the WhatsApp and asked what the problem was, only then I was asked when I wanted delivery made as I won't be receiving my goods. Im really not impressed with the level of service and communication received. Very UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!
Good day I call the DStv Pretoria call center (012422 2222) today at 13:17 and spoke to a lady by the name of Ayanda. My initial query was that the extra view wasnt working as the secondary decoder was not getting signal from the primary decoder. She then told me to reset factory defaults which lead to thing getting worse were the decoder had a 'PG Block' error message on it. Then she proceeded to tell me that my decoder which was working fine before the call was faulty and when I made her aware that the decoder worked she hung up the call. I really must say I'm not impressed with her service and her behavior needs to be looked at as it was very unprofessional, if she didn't know how to handle my situation she should've made me aware and transferred me to another agent. I've been on a 40GB data contract with MTN for 16months now where any unused data would carry over to the next month and was valid for 60 days according to the information I was given, now it turns out my contract does not have the carry over as previously informed , this comes after a whole month (November) of unused data was not carried over as usual. When I called in today I was told that my contract runs on a 30 day period and any unused data gets forfeited.... So I then requested the contract to be cancelled and was notified that a penalty fee would be charged as I'm cancelling before end of contract which is understandable, but now the fee must be paid first before the actual contract can be cancelled, this does not include the debut order that ran yesterday on my account for the month of December and I would forfeit the data loaded that I actually paid for. Why I am subjected to pay before cancellation but my monthly data gets loaded before payment
The service one has received thus far from you guys has been nothing but a nightmare! I've emailed you guys all the required documents that I was supposed to send through and spoke to Laura, Irene, Mathidiso, and two other gentlemen. I was first informed that the documents were escalated to the incorrect department and they would to resigned to the correct department, fair enough I then called to do a follow-up and found out that some documents were missing of which I was never informed about them, to begin with, I then resend all the correct documents called to make sure everything was in order and the gentlemen stated that everything would be processed within about 5 hours or so, but I should not worry about anything.. It's been two weeks now and this is still going on.. Can Someone please call me 073-769-8186
I would like to send a shout out to Lesego Tawane. She is an excellent agent and is great with people and a ray of sunshine, I enjoyed our conversation so much so that I didn't want the call to end . She was both helpful and patient. She made sure my query was sorted out. She really made my day. MultiChoice had a great asset with her.
