Vodacom does not seem to want to cancel contracts upon request. They rather prefer trying to sell you more contracts and then they do not cancel a contract as per a customers request
I used to rate Chivalry as an excellent establishment catering for gentleman. I wrote previously regarding poor service where my life assurance policy was not canceled.The bond consultant didn't bother explaining and now then they asked for a copy of an ID. Still they don't cancel cause now they want a certified copy after they only said a copy.Very poor service...
Absa just decided to debit my home loan with life assurance and the home loan is paid off.I kept the bond open and requested any and all debits to stop.I don't need nor wanted life assurance
I asked Absa to first reduce my personal loan installment and after weeks I still have no response. I then settled the loan and asked them to close it. Still no response. Poor feedback and terrible service
Finished with my employer and bankmed and these guys tell me I must wait 6 months for my own money...savings...always easy to receive money but when it's time to pay they have excuses...there is no claims outstanding!!!!!!
Submitted a 2 pot withdrawal and after 10 days there was a supposed error. No feedback or nothing and they say I must resubmit. Always a story to get to your OWN MONEY with all these companies. U better sort it out I aint waiting another 10 days
As a ex staff member Absa can't even sort out my pension payout upon exiting the company. After 6 weeks I'm told by Alexander Forbes they never received an exit letter. Useless....I expect my money soon...6 weeks has passed or there will be he'll to pay
Poor service. Consultant says you may only send an email for a 2 pot system withdrawal and then they say submit it online Verfication does not come through via SMS wasting my time
Wow guys...you cannot beat these guys with providing the worst service. They should receive a reward. Been having an issue for a week now. No power, but the issue was first logged on 01/11/2023...1 and a half months without any response or service
