do not use this company when they phone you to do MTN upgrade they have extremely bad customer service and you cannot get hold of them afterwards
I did my upgrade online on 12 May and have still not received my delivery when you contact mtn they transfer you to dsv and in turn they refer you to mtn it seems my device has been lost or ****** and they are thust giving me the run around
I am having the worst service with this company I suspect my package has been lost or ****** as they fail to deliver every time and refuse for me to come and collect the package. It has been over 3 weeks now and if I do not phone them they never contact me.
I have been on the phone numerous times with mtn in the past 2 weeks thirst struggled to get response with application then delivery and now since wednesday 13/04/2016 i have been waiting for my sim cards activation and number porting even after going to a mtn shop and being promised again by mtn direct to be contacted back nothing has happend
