I recently hosted my son's 3rd birthday party at Rodeo Spur Claremont, and while the day began chaotically, the team's exceptional service ultimately saved the day. Upon arrival, I discovered that our booked section was still occupied by other customers, indicating a miscommunication. Manager Quanita promptly acknowledged the issue, apologized, and assured me it would be rectified. Although the initial setup wasn't ideal, Quanita and her team - Thaabiet, Ashley, and Amrah - truly made up for the mishap. Their friendly, attentive, and efficient service exceeded expectations, ensuring our party proceeded smoothly. Kudos to Quanita and her team for turning a potentially disastrous experience into a memorable celebration! Their dedication and professionalism are truly commendable. Good day, It's over a month now since I placed 2 online orders and still haven't heard anything back regarding my delivery? Order numbers : *******637 and *******811. I know we're facing a pandemic and businesses aren't operating as usual but I think I gave Woolworths sufficient time to atleast make contact as to when my goods will be delivered. Until today I haven't received ANY communication regarding my order which is very dissapointing. I've placed an order with Mr Price a week after placing an order with Woolworths and I received communication and apologies for the delay. I also received my goods from them yesterday. I tried making contact with Woolworths 4 days ago regarding this and all I got was an automatic reply. They are quick to send out emails on running sales and inviting us to come buy but can't hold up to getting the customer's goods to them once purchased. I have Eid coming up in 5 days and I would love to have my items before then. Please advise when my order will be delivered Patiently awaiting feedback. Regards T.Abrahams
I placed an online order on the 13/10 for a delivery on the 16/10 , I got an email on the 15/10 advising me that my order will be out on delivery on the 16/10. This was suppose to be a gift I had to take a long to my brother's birthday celebration. On the 18/10 I became concerned because I needed the items by the weekend. I sent an email to Woolworths wanting to know what happened to my delivery, I didn't get any reply. I sent another reply and didn't get any feedback. I decided to call in and spoke to 3 advisors who all promised me that they will get back to me but didn't. I sent more emails and didn't get a reply.I called in again and spoke to another advisor who assured me she will get back to me. She emailed me a day later advising that my order had no tracking code on it and they are unable to locate it which mean that they will need to credit me back it's been 3 days already and I still didn't receive any credit or an update on what's going on. I am utterly disgusted with the service I've received. Woolworths service and quality dropped. I am no longer a happy customer. I feel like stopping all business with this company. I am so impressed with the service Mr Price provides. They delivered my package a day late which I didn't mind, they sent me an email of apology and a voucher for NO inconvenience caused. Here I still didn't gift my brother a week later because of you guys and the stuff I had in my package might not even be available any longer. Woolworths need to relook at their customer service.
To whom it may concern I purchased a 36gr packet of Thai Chilli Lays today and before opening the packet I felt that the weight didn't seem right, I shook the packet and I could feel a small amount of chips inside... Which is a total rip off. Why state on the packet 36grams when there's hardly chips in the packet I'm curious to weigh the packet to see how much less than 36grams it is. I am disgusted at the false advertising you guys display. I still have the closed packet as proof should you require it. T.Abrahams
<p>A representative of eternal child came around at my mothers work place and sold a promo offer to her and a few friends who purchased the deal of R500 which expired in february 2017. When my mother tried calling them for an appointment the number that was provided was off majority of the time she then googled the the spa and the same mobile number popped up on the sites. Eventually my mother got through to them for a booking which was for Saturday 25th feb just to find out they moved from tokai to northerm suburbs which was am inconvenience due to the offer being sold as location in tokai. The friday eve my mother got a call from a Zaida advising her that they need to cancel her appointment because their geyser blew. When my mother tried arranging an alt date taking into consideration that the deal expires end of feb she was told by Zaida she will receive a callback the next day to set an alt date, U<br><br />up until today she still didnt receive a call from the lady and the number for the spa is always on voicemail. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!I AM UTTERLY DISGUSTED WITH ETERNAL CHILD SPA. You guys should just close down. I sent them an email and Im still waiting on a response. My mother's colleagues went to the northern suburbs address they were provided with which didnt lead them to the spa.I am definitively not letting this one slide! You guys are extremely unprofessional! DONT EVER PURCHASE ANY DEAL FROM ETERNAL CHILD SPA YOU WILL DEFINITELY REGRET IT! I've been to the tokai branch and they are terrible. Thats why they always have promos running on groupon etc</p> <p>because none of their clients return.If anyone can please provide me with a valid number it will be much appreciated as I would like to get this matter resolved.</p>
