I'm worried with this dealer, Ford Lazarus in centurion as I took my car in for service and to my surprise my engine cover went missing and is nowhere to be found. I raised this with the dealer but they keep on covering up claiming that my car originally did not come with the engine cover. Never the less, the fact remains that my car had a cover before going into dealer and now is missing. I'll like customers to be away of this kind of behavior and consider other dealers that will treat their motor vehicles with respect in making sure that customers get their vehicles same as before the service. It is totally unacceptable to take in your car for service and other parts goes missing and no one is accountable or takes responsibility.
I've been trying to reach their customer care for several time, even wrote an email to one of their consultant with no response. I need to change my will as a matter of urgent but seemingly no one cares. Previously my premiums we reinstated without my concern, looks like when it come to collecting money they're very quick and on time but when it comes to customer service what a poor experience i'm having. It could mean that its time to look somewhere else.
I've been unfairly listed on the credit bureau as i was only notified by the debt collector only once and where i did not even hesitate to settle the account. As if that is not enough, Vodacom handed over my account to MBD Debt collectors who are so incompetent when it comes to communicating right information to clients. First agent said i have to go to Vodacom store to settle the amount which i did, when i call to obtain settlement letter i'm now being told that i should've paid the amount into MBD account which I was never provided with when arranging for settlement. Ssecondly i was asked to send proof of payment to their email address and subject as 'proof of payment' and wait for a day before obtaining the letter. Calling the next day to obtain the letter, i'm now being told that i need to use my ID number as a subject. Calling a third agent, i'm now being told i need to use a reference number as a subject. All these have been done and none of the methods are materializing as today i still don't have a settlement letter and being Defaulted on the credit bureau.
