I ordered a new fibre service on 23 February 2026. To date, I've been billed and have been on calls and WhatsApp with multiple call centre agents, with no resolution. After 7-8 years as a loyal client and receiving good service, you are going to lose a client.

I've used this company in the past and service was quick and reasonably priced for smallish parcels. I recently bought woodworking machinery and used Internet Express to transport these to my home workshop. These are heavy, well build, sturdy and extremely robust machines which can withstand years of use and require only minor maintenance. Well Internet Express managed to F up both machines to the point where one is a useless piece of metal and non repairable. And the second machine is requiring extensive repairs. Well done! You managed to ***** up two machines which were in a perfect condition and used for many years in a matter of 3 days in your care. Well done! So why am I writing this review? Internet Express refuse to respond to my calls and emails. I see they ignore Hello Peter messages as well. Please people do not use this company. I used to have good experiences in the past but this time they showed their true colours. Quick with online quote, quick to take money, and normally delivered quick and effectively, until this time. Sorry this company needs to look at customer care.
Ordered Car Value Reports in the past, received instant response. Last 4 attempts I wasted R10 per report. Still waiting for my reports, no email response, no answer on the telephone numbers provided. Sorry guys no wonder you are being badmouthed!
