Worst service ever, order placed at 3:07, no movement at 5:08 even after calling customer care. 👎🏾
The P'nP ASAP service has got to be the worst. You place an order and almost 2 hours later there is still not a single movement.
I received the best customer service, friendly, professional, and patient lady named Puleng who works at the Clarins counter in Woolworths stores at V&A Waterfront.
This company leads the worst service provider and worst company service in my experience. The fact that every month I have to write a review is beyond me. How does ones services not be operational for almost 14 hours yet i am paying for uncapped services. Their call centre is the worst because all they do is apologize and you never get the assistance you require. I just want to cancel these guys as this is not what I signed up for. Have a business to run and it's almost exams for my son and we cannot do a single thing but they are the first ones to debit come month end.
I am still expecting a call from one of your representatives to finalize the cancelation of the contract.
Heh, jokes on me! Spoke to Siya who was clearly having a ball with her friends and I happened to hear her conversation with friends to say I am bothersome. Furthermore, when I told her about that she claimed to not hear me that time there is drunken singing and chats in the background. So must I call Rain all the time that I need to use services that I pay for? Cancel my subscription now!!! Why pay for services not rendered to me?! Never been so frustrated with a service provider. You literally are the worst and please cancel my subscription with immediate effect.😳😠😤
The worst thing is that I had to even connect on my mobile data to send this review. Having used you for 3 years I can safely say this is your worst. You literally give me heart palpitations and an asthma attack simultaneously. No connection, poor customer service and when I try to cancel I am always convinced to give you another try. What for?
Where is my refund that I have been waiting 19 days for? Why is an organisation of your size not responsible enough to carry through arrangements?

My account was debited after I had made a payment. Now when they are meant to refund I am sent on an uguided tour with consultants who do not have a clue as to what they are doing. A week later my refund is still not logged on their system after I have been told to expect payment in 7 to 10 working days.
