Bad service from FNB business department
I have been moved from pillar to post dealing with FNB business department. I was not aware to open a simple credit card facility would take 3 months and countless calls. please stay clear and rather use another bank

Stay away from FNB
We have a home loan with FNB ,they are the most difficult call centre to get hold off. we want to carry out a simple task but its taking us 2 weeks to get any movement and ground on our matter. I am getting told to send emails upon emails to multiple addresses to no avail. they do not call you back when they say they will call. They say all calls are recorded but can not pick up the times we call in to ask for help. I woud not recommend anyone to go with FNB home loans department as they will only push you from pillar to post. We are currently trying to pay off our house and will never go back to FNB again.

poor service from call center/poor product
I had purchased a item (mag up) from a local phamacy and it did not work the same as we imagined it did not disolve and remained complete. We have been using this product many times before and found this to be strange. We then took it back to the selling store and they informed us to call the number on the package. We then called and informed them of the issue we are having with this specific product they requested a batch number and told us they will follow up and call us back. Few days past and I call again to find out if the problem has been resolved however I had to explain to a further two people at this so called call center what the matter was and keep providing a batch number. We have now givien up and would certainly not be purchasing this product again. This is poor consumer service and aftersales. Dont bother calling the call center as they are not helpfull at all.

Bad attitude from Alistair Naiker
Bad attitude from used cars salesmen Alistair Naiker. I have been chatting to this salesmen for some time and been trying to go into the dealership to view a car only to be rudely told "I have been telling you this for the past 3 months" Him not realising the situation and basically making us a fool How can this person be employed as a salesmen looking at his customer service? Good luck getting more sales with people like that

Terrible service from debonairs Pizza Smith Street
Terrible service and general experience with ordering online. The support is really bad and can not assist if a query is given. Waiting more that 1 hour 25 min for a simple large pizza. Called the store many times and spoke to a guy named gift but they keep saying driver is on the way.and are totally incompetent. Just a terrible experience and will never order again. Rather stick to the guys that have some support
