customer experience is pathetic
customer service at CWC is pathetic. A mission to call them, nobody answers phones or responds . Yes you might pay slightly cheaper for a bike or accessories at CWC, but any issues you have thereafter, it will be a nightmare to sought out. I guess they look after certain type of individuals hence some of the 5 rating here.

Pathetic workmanship
Pathetic workmanship. Try to put blame the current state of the car, because they cannot fix the car close to OK. Not sure how they are approved by manufactures or insurance companies. Your car will leave there in a worst state, without a doubt! I was forced to provide a star, but they don't deserve even a half. My car was at the montegue Gardens branch
