I asked CWC to replace my sons MTB tyre with a major service. Waited 2 weeks for his MTB, only to be told that they could not get a 27.5inc tyre. Strange! I walk straight into a next cycle shop and bought one. Also when we arrived home, one of the gears was not working properly. I would expect this to be included in the service which costed me more than R1300. Maybe a good example of bigger is not always better. Not sure if I will make use of them again.

After taking our bike for a service earlier this year at Cycle Lab we have experienced nothing but problems! Nothing was wrong with the bike it was just a routine check before the season began. Right of the bat the tubs leaked sealant and the valve was missing on one of the tires so we had to take the bike back. A week later during the first race after the service the gears broke. This resulted in an injury as the last 10kms of the race only one gear worked. So we took the bike in to be fixed, a bit concerned that this happened right after the service. They phoned us stating that the gears broke and it would cost R 1 000 to be fixed. Shortly after they phoned and said that the bike is ready to be collected at no cost they found the problem. They did not find the problem as 10km into the Cape Town Cycle Tour the gears broke again. After this we took the bike back again a bit annoyed but trying to resolve the issue. Since then we have had nothing but empty promises to either phone us back or to have the gears fixed under warranty but nothing has been done. The bike is a just over one year old and a good brand. The gears should not have broken to begin with. Race entries are expensive and a broken bike results in losses and injury. After we finally get the bike back we will not be going back to Cycle Lab ever again.

Great products, Great prices & the best service!!! Thanks to Ricardo Dames for his excellent service. He has always been available to help, and change my order. I bought a Great Mountain bike, and will always prefer and use them.

I am so disappointed in CWC with the cheap stuff they sell and a huge profit. Not that i have a problem with make a profit, but at least make sure the stuff they sell is worth the money you pay for it, and make sure the stuff works, as the light I bought is real cheap rubbish at a huge price and then it does not even work. I did send them a e mail complaining but hey have not had the decency to reply or see what i was complaining about, so as far as i am concerned all my cycling buddies will know about it and we ALL will stop supporting CWC 😡😡

What pathetic service. I bought a front light from them and there were 10 people at hand to help part me from my money in about 2 minutes. Returning/exchanging a broken light however is a totally different experience. 3 Visits, 2 hours of time, 5 days of wait - that's what I had to deal with. As many people whom are ready to take your money, so few are there to give it back - well 1 specifically (and that is only if she happens to be at the store)(and yes she really is the only one as none of the other 15 people in the store can be trained or has the ability to do her level of skilled work). Also please be aware that they appear to be struggling financially as they apparently have zero cash available (even though the customer just before me paid in cash). They will gladly let you however take something else, or a perhaps gift card, so there's always that :( Rather support the smaller shops in the immediate area, it's a far better value experience!

Order online couple stuff include ceramic grease. Just to get parcel with sulfonate grease took a pic with order and product. Emailed them 2 times but no answer. Think they need new staff that is passionate of the sport and not just a salary.

Ordered a pair of Time Cleats, when they arrived they were different from the advertised Cleats and the packaging had a Cycle Lab Price ticket with their RSP blacked out. If you don’t have stock then don’t buy from your competitor!! Even if they’re cheaper than you
