Matrix poor response to telephone calls
Cannot get hold of this company by phone, being sitting on the phone for more than a half an hour, tried all the options on the menu, got through to customer services to only wait again for sales. I have a contract with you and this is how I am treated, think its time to look elsewhere.

Swimming Pool Reparis
We had a pool put in about 1.5 years ago costing R85K, after completion we noted fine crack on the fist step. We reported and asked if we could have the repairs done in winter, with Covid and all it was understandable that it could not be done, however I started contact them again in July trying to get a date for the repairs, they promised before end August, then end September and now we are in October and still I have no idea when they are planing to do this.

MWEB telephone service
Their phone service is shocking, Sales and Reception, you get a menu to choose from and not all options cover everything you need to ask the provider, and when you do get a provider and he needs to ask another department the automatic voice menu returns and eventually you are cut off. FRUSTRATING

NO RESPONSE TO CANCELLATION REQUEST
I received a telephone call from this Company yesterday, the offer for a tablet at R79/month. They had all my details right down to my ID, however I thought since they are affiliated to VODACOM that maybe I should consider the deal as it sounded so good, perhaps to good to be true? Upon reflection and visiting this site and seeing all the negativity about ELITE MOBILE I decided I really did not want the TABLET or any unauthorised debits on my account, I immediately want to cancel with no success so far. I am waiting for a response from them via SMS with a cancellation reference. They are quick to give you an order number. <br> <br>

SHODDY WORKMANSHIP
This company failed to clean my carpets as agreed. I have phoned numerous times for them to come and inspect their bad service and they simply ignore me. The carpets are not clean. They advertise Free Deo Spot Removal which does not work? They charge a call out fee + charge/carpet. The owner does not supervise or inspect his workers jobs.
