Directors do not speak to customers ? bad call centers
Six emails were sent requesting a manager to call me, but no call is received. Also, when asking to be put through to a director's P A r to make an appointment, you are routed back to the call center, everything is answered that it will be rep**** to within 5 days, and the reply never happens When ABSA replies to Hello Peter, they make it private so the public does not see the bad reply

A1Action Steamcleaners
<p>On the 24/11/2016- contacted this so called company for their steam cleaning services- through the Bedfordview Newspaper. I received an invoice for R400. Job was scheduled to be done at 2:00pm on25/11/2016- due in climate weather, the guys never showed up.</p> <p>I had to call the supposed owner, Clive, who said they would come through on Monday, 28/11/2016 at 2:00pm to complete the job. This all transpired after I had paid them on the morning of 25/11/2016. </p> <p> </p> <p>Arrangements were made for the job to be completed today- 29/11/2016 at 8:30am- no one has shown up, both numbers, cell and landline- are off.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is a warning to all customers, not to use these individuals.</p>

CARPETS WORSE OFF THAN BEFORE
<p>Sooooo disgusted! Had these people here today to clean our carpets and they couldve just stayed away completely! All they did was wet my carpet and make it look much worse than it was. When i called they guy to ask if he had an email adress so i can send him the photos of this very poor service we received, he just replied with " i think you are being unreasonable and my workers are very experienced" PLUS the one guy was doing the work and the other 2 just hanged around. When i asked them to move the furniture to clean behind it, they moaned the whole time about not being paid enough. They did not go over the spots i asked them to clean again and made no effort whatsoever to clean the carpet along the walls. Just rushed to get done and get out. See the picture below of a finished and cleaned carpet! Plus they said its quick dry in their adverti*****t. When in actual FACT they took buckets of water with the powder mixture and chucked it out on the carpet! How is it possible these people stil get customers? </p>

DISGUSTING SERVICE MANAGEMENT + STAFF
FYI - I booked A1 Action Steamclean (as advertised in the benoni city times) (which is got nothing to do with steam clean by the way) to wash carpets and a lounge suite. I definitely don't recommend them. All that was done, was the carpets was just made wet with foamy water. The gent that was doing all the work, while the other two stood and watched, was sweating all over everything. When asked to switch off the machine for 2 minutes, the one gent moaned, as he had to get to his next appointment. All he was concerned about was proof of payment. They broke my dressing table as well. If i had known what the carpets would like when dry, i would of not paid them, nor had them here! When i phoned the lady to tell her about , she was not even interested in apologizing or taking responsibility for this is highly UN professional service!!! Absolutely disgusting!!! Any one can feel free to contact me for a non referral!!!

POOR POOR WORKMEN SHIP
Got them out to clean and steam clean my 2 rooms and passage, R 550 , They stopped by me at 16:05 in a 1400 bakkie with 3 staff members, 7 tyres on the back of bakkie and 1 carpet machine. It took them 20 minutes to clean my carpets, they left at 16:30, remember they take 5 minutes to off load and load the machine again,I spoke to a staff member and ask why so quick they said they do 8 houses a day and carpets are clean now , my house smelt like wet dog for the next 2 days, my carpets were worse off once they so called steam cleaned them , I did call them on 0766399225 and complained about it , they said that they will send them back again today, I spoke to the so called owner or manager clive and explained to him what is happening, he also said they will come back ,,,,, once bitten twice shy. I told him that I will go and rent a machine at pnp and do it myself, which i have done and wow wow wow, the carpets water just from my passage is blacker than black,I did take pictures of the water, SO PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY DO NOT NO WHAT THEY ARE DOING.

This company failed to clean my carpets as agreed. I have phoned numerous times for them to come and inspect their bad service and they simply ignore me. The carpets are not clean. They advertise Free Deo Spot Removal which does not work? They charge a call out fee + charge/carpet. The owner does not supervise or inspect his workers jobs.
