THESE PEOPLE DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY. I JOINED FRIDAY AFTERNOON, NOTHING ON THE SITE INDICATED YOU SHOULD SEE IF YOU HAD A SUITABLE DEVICE, BUT HEY THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY. I TRIED TO SIGN IN, THEN WAS TOLD MY DEVICE IS NOT SUITABLE. THEN THE ONLINE PERSON WHO "HELPED" I HAD TO PROVE TO HIM THAT I CANT LOGIN. I SENT THE PROOF, ONLY FOR ME TO GET A EMAIL STATING I CANT GET A REFUND BECAUSE ITS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SUBSRICPTION. IN THE MEANTIME I HAVENT EVEN LOGGED IN YET TO WATCH SOMETHING. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT CLIENTS. ONLY THEIR MONEY. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING
After spending 34minutes and 39 seconds on a call who no one bothered to answer, then I sent an email this morning after 10 am which also no one has bothered to read or respond too? Is this the New Johnson and Johnson we have the pleasure of dealing with? The standard of Client Services is non existent, Its truly sad that the clients are not even considered as we were many years ago.
These people do not care about their clients, Since the 28th October 2022, I have phoned and sent whatsapp messages regarding the problem. The product was collected (Because they didnt believe me) that there was a genuine problem and as of 25 November 2022 No one has bothered to respond or advise the outcome of the complaint. They are very rich, so who cares about one clients issue! Disgusting
I have been purchasing from Takealot for years now, and prior to that Kalahari. I have never ever changed my address or moved or anything. I am still in the same complex now for almost 14 years. I have also NOT changed ANY details on my profile. But today for some weird reason, The "independent" courier who phoned me, could not find me. She phoned from ********** 710. So i tell her, thats weird, Takealot has not phoned me for my address before. Then a few minutes later, a lady arrives with my parcel, shows me her phone, tells me YOU DID NOT PROVIDE US WITH YOUR ADDRESS. So i am now shocked, and i say to her, mam Takealot has my address, you should take it up with them, she says to me again, You did not give it to them??? So I sent Azeem Hoosain a email, querying this, only for him to repeat exactly what she said? I have had all my parcels from 2014 delivered to same address, I have never changed it, so I want to know who is responsible for changing or editing my profile, and to avoid courier people saying im responsible for something i did not do.......really??
ONCE YOU 'JOIN' YOU CANT DELETE THE ACCOUNT! EMAIL UPON EMAIL GETS SENT, WITH SUPPOSED LINKS TO HELP YOU DELETE THE ACCOUNT, JUST DOES NOT WORK! STRATEGIC STRATEGY! PATHETIC
YOUR ONLINE SHOPPING SUCKS! Zero Management or Customer Care! Utterly Pathetic, and all you get is I Apologize??? The online telephone number does not work, Then I phoned, spoke to a black man at 17:58 because my order was supposed to be delivered 17:00 - 18:00. He left me on hold from 17:58 - 18:10 with no response. I had to phone back when i spoke to Madisa Mazibuko where she said the order will be delivered 28.07.18 after 08:00. It is now 09:16 after another call to Kacy Snyman, with no reason why, when the order is coming. So my evening and Day is now ******ed. I have to sit and patiently wait until the driver decides to rock up. and what do you get. I APOLOGISE. You Pic n Pay suck at customer service. The delivery fee should be refunded for the inconvenience. You couldnt wait to deduct money from credit card, but I must wait for my delivery! You have allot to learn about customer service! Sis.....I have just read the other complaints from yesterday! You are pathetic. I expect a call from Mr Tyrone Chetty Or Quinton Morrow...with an apology and a delivery fee refund!
You get given a certain amount of time to book your delivery slot, if you dont, the order gets cancelled. When you have then successfully booked a slot, 10-11 and the driver then decides to change it too 11-12, No sorry, No nothing! You people are starting to SUCK BIG TIME
I have had to phone in three times now and got to speak to one afrikaans guy willem or something the a afrikaans lady, the lines were so bad, could not hear her name. they were supposed to phone me back. the unit on my truck is not updating. IF THE TRUCK GOES MISSING AND I CAN NOT LOCATE IT There will be hell to pay! Jim in the EMERGENCY department also has not phoned me back yet! God help me if i dont pay my instalment at the end of the month hey
For the price you pay for medical aid, Just over R5000 a month, one would think, after you have called several times, they would help you instantly. but for something very small, takes 5 to 10 working days! absolutely pathetic! leaves a very bitter taste in your mouth, being handled in such a manner.....Does medshield have so many members and so many millions, that its changed their caring attitude into ****?
