I have had no answer to the following careline Please escalate this complaint to top management and view the previous time that I complained It is sad that once again I visited the store and asked them to get baby safe for me this at the start of the week and to date I have not received a reply. The store is Dis-Chem Pharmacy Farrarmere The product is listed as a stock item on the internet
Some phone numbers on the internet do not work I wanted to speak to a manager, and after 4 calls, I was not put through and only to the complaints call center, who refused to transfer me to a senior manager but said that she would call me back within 30 mins. This call back and undertaking to email me her name did not take place the call time and number I have available The manager in the store was rude and not helpful, as well as some other issues I have experienced this numerous times at Dis=chem. The product I need is listed on the website and is needed urgently .It is now 5 days and nothing has been done. Why do managers hide behind call centers?
Six emails were sent requesting a manager to call me, but no call is received. Also, when asking to be put through to a director's P A r to make an appointment, you are routed back to the call center, everything is answered that it will be rep**** to within 5 days, and the reply never happens When ABSA replies to Hello Peter, they make it private so the public does not see the bad reply
Over 12 Hrs after accepting a 10 Gig top-up it is still not supp**** I have made numerous phone calls and have not been helped, no less than five calls and now it seems that they are not answering my calls as it rings for over 10 to 15 mins It is impossible to get management to call me to resolve the issue and I cannot get transferred to the CEO PA The head office phone number as it rings and is never answered

I have dealings with the call center and someone who said that they were a manager 4four calls and an email They sold my shares without my permission they say that they sent me a notification in the post this was never received so I was unaware of my shares being sold They said the default is if no reply is received they can sell the shares ( our postal service here in S Africa is almost nonexistent) The calls made to them and promises made to me have not been met and the escalation that the call center has said that they will do has not been met I under any circumstances as they are an investment to hand on to my family in the case of my beath one person said if I returned the money they would reinstate the shares I gave her my email address and she said she would email the account number to me this was over two weeks ago and I still do not have the email Management do not take calls in this organization the same as other corporate business When will they wake up to knowing that they have an obligation to us the customer call centers block all negative correspondence

I have been trying to purchase a remote the same as the one supp**** with the encoder and sent 6 emails as well as 3 calls to the call center 3 calls to the area manager once leaving a message which was not returned then a photo of my remote I have been to all the stores that they say have the remote in Benoni, Boksburg and Kempton Park and they do not have the same remote photos sent to the help center, and still no help it is sad that the service sucks No head office phone number or ceo contact detail on the internet
I have listed the same complaint with customer care three times getting the same reply that I will be contacted this over two weeks and it does not happen today I called the head office and the operator after being told I want to speak to a senior manager just routed my call to the customer care so how do you complain about customer care to customer care and the original complaint could be a ***** issue

I filled my car with petrol at the P&P filling station in Brentwood Park shopping center and paid using my credit card put in my pin the machine said approved at that point the attendant turned away and walked away to do something (maybe to fetch a machine for loyalty points on returning he said the payment did not go through I asked for the slip to confirm this and he said the machine did not print it. I then asked to see the manager and an African lady came out after an issue I said she can have my details she said I can check on my phone if the payment I do not have this facility so she took the loyalty print and wanted to keep it I insisted that it is mine and she cannot have it and she must get her own paper with that she turned away and passed a derogatory remark in her language about me t annoyed me so I walk away got in my car stating that after a day or two when I can check that the payment did not go through and then pay with this, I drove away I will return to pay if The payment was not made however I do not accept things said about me in a different language
