On 18 February 2026 I attempted to transfer funds from revolving loan account to fusion account. Account was blocked. I raised a query, and was told to complete some tax confirmation form. Completed and submitted to CRS. CRS then asks for unblocking, and now I need to fill in forms for my wife's account that is no longer in use and haven't been for years? What has my wife's account got to do with MY revolving loan? Completely ridiculous!
After paying my arrears account (arrears was due to FNB system error ) I receive an email threatening legal action. Account is even in credit. Now a week later another very "friendly" email regarding methods of collecting the outstanding amount. As a large and responsible finincial institution your systems could have picked this uo and mattet resolved. Yet nothing is done. You have change the terms of your monthly fees and yet you still have sub standard systems running. Stop the harrassment of outstanding amounts allready paid in full!
Excellent service received from CCTV Direct. Parcel was delivered in half the expected time. Received excellent service and communication via email on queries and clarification. CCTV Direct was willing to exchange an item even though it was in fact the same item just a different design. Can definately recommend them.
I received a sms from their collections agency that I have been handed over. To my knowledge I have never used their services. I have never received any phone calls or statements for any outstanding fees. This seems more and more like a scam. Will be opening fruad case against them for investigation.
<p>On 22/12/2016 I logged into discovery site just to be directed to the new online portal. Tried registering my account and the site promptly told me that my card number is invalid. The same card I have been using for the last 6 months.</p> <p>Logged a ticket for this for assistance. Received first response on 29/12/2016 after automatic response said within 48 hours. Response states my pin needs to be reset? Why does my pin needs resetting if my my card number is invalid??? Response mail said I will be contacted within 48 hours.....</p> <p>I have only been contacted 05-01-2017 ..... This is now going on for two weeks where i cannot do anything with my card. Pin is now also no longer working.</p> <p> </p> <p>Pin not working, card number invalid.... Cancelled subcription with MSK 6 weeks ago through their online webpage. Suddenly another debit order goes of for this. And because no details exist anymore, I won't get the items delivered. I do not want it. Please explain and refund.
Logged a complaint with the supplier, response to my complaint was quick. Thank you to the client care team (Margaret and Yanush) for the follow up calls and email response and providing the information as requested and looking into the issue with the IT team regarding the web interface. Complaint resolved and closed. :)
I have logged several tickets through the web interface about cancellation procedure for this. Absolutely no response, yet when enquiring about giving them extra cash, they respond within 2 hours. I can no longer use this, and would like a response to the tickets logged.
