I wonder if the HAWKS or SAPS COMMERCIAL CRIME UNIT can arrest these *****sters who are running a scheme that lures people to order and deposit funds into their bank account. You never hear from them again, no responses to emails or messages. These products do not exist and all they are doing is funding their lifestyle with monies deposited by unsuspecting clients.
These are *****sters and ****mers who advertise and indicate items are in stock to lure you to order and pay. Once you pay there is great difficulty in making contact with them or getting response to mail. Basically, funding their lifestyle and cash flow. I now have to litigate for a small amount; however, it is the principle that I am pursuing.

The insurance is sold to you on the basis that if you travel less than 300km per month, there will be a rebate on the premium. This has not happened despite the APP showing the mileage data. I have tried several times to get hold of someone in the billing team, through email and their chat line, to no avail. They simply do not reply to emails. However, they continue to bill me incorrectly. When I signed up, I did so through a loyalty programme. I have not seen the discount being app**** on the billing and you simply do not respond or take responsibility for your incompetence. You have several *********** people working there, who believe they are doing favours for clients, to rectify incompetence. Absolutely shocking as a new client to be met with this and senior people are in hiding, they do not talk to clients. The only people who talk to clients are junior, ill-mannered and untrained staff.
I recently sold a vehicle to Mit-Mak and the process was handled very smoothly from offer stage to the payment and collection of the vehicle. The dealer offered a very attractive market related price and kept their promise when viewing the vehicle. On the day of collection of the vehicle, immediate payment was made to me as soon as the Driver arrived to collect the vehicle. I was also informed who was arriving and in what vehicle to pick up the vehicle. This made me very comfortable.
