STILL NO FEEDBACK ON MY COMPLAINT - We have had 3 bottels of twisp liquid leak out. Dry cleaning bills and garment replacements! Every time we phone customer care they say go to the kiosk for replacement bottles. When we get to a kiosk, they say they cannot assist. We have spent so much time and money driving up and down and get no where. Service is awful and product packaging is faulty. Very sad to be a client for so many years and get treated the way we do. Seems like your problems will not be resolved with Twisp!

Service absolutely shocking. I have reported my line of several occasions and they just don't care. They come back to you 12 hours after you report a problem then saying all back up and running? No constant signal. Bad service, VERY bad attitude! I would NOT recommend them at all.
Pick "n Pay Brentwood Park only sells sour milk! I have complained to the store manager with a very bad attitude, on several occasions and every time they promise to change suppliers and have new milk. I bought 8L of milk yesterday before lockdown, all 8L is SOUR. So now we are in lockdown with no coffee, VERY GRUMPY HOUSEHOLD (Expiry date on milk is 07 April) *** we are not there yet
From a young age every little girl should have a day to day face routine. I was not exposed to this and has suffered. For the last 15 years I have been trying every face product on the market with no or very little success. Met the man of my dreams and started life, had a baby and still guys, bad skin, my skin was properly the worst when I was expecting. Still trying all face products, I actually just gave up. A friend one day spoiled me with nominating me for a sample pack of Isabella Garcia. When I received the pack, I thought ok, one more brand to add to my list of frustrations. The way all the pamphlets are written firstly just makes you feel that somebody is going to help you on this new journey. This was the last brand I tried and it didn’t go on the list of frustration. I have found my beauty! I know that it sounds silly, but if you don’t want to leave the house because of your skin, then there is a problem! How amazing that at almost 40 I have managed to find a brand that is made for me. I have not looked back for one second. Isabella Garcia is most certainly the product that made me do stuff. My life has changed for the good, I never use to grab at the opportunity to go out as my skin is awful and was very embarrassed, now with my new face I don’t hesitate to take on new challenges. If your story is similar to the first bit of my story, please try it, I’m living proof that this works ***
I registered at Binary Robot 365 to see what the trading life was all about. They have contacted me non stop. I have asked them not to phone me as I'm not ready to trade. Then the bad attitude started. After a phone call this morning, I was asked then why did I register, I then said, just to see what it was all about. Since then I have received 7 phone calls with a bad attitude. This is unacceptable!
I have been smoking the original Twisp for 3 years now. Made the fatal mistake of upgrading to the new EDGE<br> <br> I have been back to Twisp 3 times regarding my new EDGE. I'm so tired of wiping spilled drops everywhere. My battery button sticks. Took the unit back, Twisp told me there is nothing wrong with it, as I walked away, it was sticking, turn around and took it back, they told me, there is nothing wrong with it. Last week I went back to now get my unit exchanged, without luck. As the drops are now just running out from every hole. When I got there, I explained that I have had my coil in for 1 week, on setting 4, I was told that they coil is burned. How can this happen after one week???? No explanation was given!! I got home and replaced my coil, now we are on day 4 and my drops are all over my desk again. My battery has not been sorted out and I am now at the end of this road. The consultants are not willing to assist you!<br> <br> I PAID A FORTUNE for it! This is just unacceptable and VERY frustrating.<br> <br> I would NOT recommend this product to anybody!
