Most useless bank I have ever come across. I went into Nedbank today to have my payments limit increased on my Money app, (they couldn't do it over the phone), i get there, wait 35min and finally someone helps me- it gets done. I go home, try make a payment and the app wont let me select an account to transact from. I call Nedbank again, nope, they cant help me over the phone and I must go in. I go in again, I'm there for over an hour and the clerk cant help me and neither can her manager. They say the money deposited into my acc will only show in 2 days - no Susan, I used that very card and money deposited earlier that morning so I call BS! So then theh say it must be a system error and will correct itself. Off I go home, annoyed. Boyfriend tries to draw money from the same card which has worked for the last 2 years, nope, cant do that either, call the bank they say. So I call the bank yet again to be told my account is essentially frozen and no one can help me until Friday, all because some bright spark at Nedbank didnt do just what I asked him to do! I tell them some pretty words I've learned and hang up. But in the meantime, how is one supposed to buy or pay for anything until Friday? Useless! I've never come across such a useless bunch in my life! I will be closing that account and moving to literally ANYONE ELSE! #FedUp#Useless
The nurses at Mothwa Haven physically abused my 94 year old gran and stole from her. The home is in a terrible state with cockroaches everywhere and the elevators not working. The stairs are always on lock down and if there was a fire, they would all die. That place is not worth a penny. No elderly person should suffer like that.
This is the 2nd and last time I've had an issue with Netflorist and will not be using them again in future!<br> I placed an order on the 4th April 2015 to have flowers, chocolates and balloons delivered in CPT and I called yesterday to find out why it hadnt been delivered and they told me I hadnt paid when in actual fact, I had! <br> They made me out to be a liar and chancer!<br> <br> I then sent them proof of payment and they finally placed the order to be delivered today. Then they only delivered HALF the order!! Instead of calling to follow up and sort out the issue quicker, I receive 100 emails delaying the whole process!!!<br> <br> I called again and told them and they told me the other half would be delivered tomorrow only!!<br> <br> HOW PATHETIC!!!! LACK OF SERVICE AND I WILL NOT BE USING THEM AGAIN!!!<br> <br> This is the 2nd time its happened to me!! NEVER AGAIN!!
