If I could give zero stars, I would. The disappointing service that I received from RAM is shocking. I definitely will not be using their service ever again. My experience: I needed a parcel to be collected from CPT and delivered to JHB. The perception that I had of RAM was that they are "popular" and because i had seen a lot of their vehicles around, I assumed that I will have no problems with them. I requested the service on the 2nd of December 2024. On the 9th of December I enquired with their representative (Rethabile) via WhatsApp (phone line number does not get through) about why the delivery is taking so long and she responded with a copy and paste message indicating that the delay is due to festive season period then she abruptly ended the chat. Annoyed, I decided to give it a couple of days. To my horror, when I went on their website to track my parcel on the the 15th of December, the note indicated that they parcel is being returned back to CPT. I again tried to phone them- the number did not get through so my only option was to communicate via WhatsApp. The representatives (unfortunately it Rethabile again) claimed that a message was sent toy email address and when I didn't respond to the automated email message, they returned the parcel. I confirmed that no delivery sms was sent to me and the email message that she is alluding to indicated that the parcel reached their depot in Isando JHB and that more delivery details were going to be communicated soon. I received nothing else afterwards. Today is the 17th of December and my parcel in on route to CPT. I cannot communicate how disappointed I am with RAM...I will definitely never use them again and will not recommend to my family and friends.
Today, I would like to take the time to appreciate the great service that we received from Bets ,who works for FNB Lakeside Mall branch. Despite encountering one or 2 challenges ,while collecting my elderly moms' bank card, she made sure that we were assisted as quickly as possible. She was friendly and patient with us throughout...thank you Bets. May you never tie giving exceptional service ,in what seems to be one of the most busiest FNB branches in the area. All the best and thanks again!
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! I purchased a couple of stuff for my phone in January 2023- it is the end of March 2023 and I am still waiting for them to be delivered. No communication from the CABLE 5, and the worse thing is that their contact number goes straight to voicemail.
If I could give OpenServe half a star for customer service, I would. One of their representatives has just called me about installation of fibre at my house. Seems the simple questions that I asked, seeing that I was new customer annoyed her. The way she was sarcastic and the way she ended up laughing at me prompted me to cut our conversation short. Very disappointing. OpenServe, please train your service representatives otherwise you will end up losing customers.
