ALL I WAS REQUESTIONG WAS MY LOAD STATEMENT BECAUSE THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN US WAS BROKEN WHEN THEY COULD NOT REFUND MY MONEY. I am told by your consultant that in order for me to get the statement I must go to the nearest branch to link my phone number. 1. My phone number was removed by Nedbank when my money was ******. 2. I no longer bank with NEDBANK I find this very silly and inconvenience for me as I hate walking to NEDBANK as I found them very careless in handling people’s money. 3. I have a claims card that is activated, and I have used it with different stores. I went to Frasers today to my surprise the card was declining and i called MiWay and I was promised that the Claims Department will get to me and solve the problem. I've been waiting for the call it's almost 5 hours now. Bear in mind that the 20% sale at Frasers is today only and the manager understood and offered me an extension to buy the item until tomorrow before 17:00 I will forfeit the 20% offer. MIWAY kindly solve this problem before 17:00 this will be my loss not yours and Frasers is on the list of shops that are approved by you or please transfer the balance to Frasers Fourways Mall as long i will get it tomorrow as today was just a day wasted at the Mall. What is upsetting me is the fact that I was wondering in Fourways Mall waiting for the call and this is not the first time I am experiencing the problem with a claims card. Your second consultant kept reminding me that it's a public holiday and not his problem as if I am the one who is at the wrong. Kindly contact me at 0836653013.

I have paid Truwoths the balance of R400 on the 3rd of June. I've been sent from pilla to post. I just spoke to Consumer Friend and they confirmed that I owe Truworths more than R500 while I paid the balance in full at Loads of Living Fourways Mall. Basically, the company is refusing to give me a PAID-UP LETTER. My contact number is ********** - ID ********** 086. I wasted so much time on emails and airtime calling and writing to deferent departments.
