TOTALLY DISGUSTED AND DISAPPOINTED IN THE HORRIBLE SERVICE RECEIVED TONIGHT 28/02/2025 FROM WOODSTOCK BIN RASHIDS. WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR OUR ORDER ITS OVER 2 HOURS. WE CALL SERVERAL BIN RASHIDS FIRSTLY TO GET A CONTACT NUMBER FOR THE WOODSTOCK BRANCH. THEN WHEN WE SPEAK TO "THE MANAGER" SHE IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISMISSIVE. DOESNT EVEN HEAR US OUT RATHER PUSHES BLAME TO UBER, NO APOLOGY, NO EMPATHY, NOTHING!!!!!! THEN TO TOP IT OFF SHE DROPS THE CALL MID CONVERSATION.
I ordered food through Bolt Foods at Hungry Lion at 1pm today, 25th October 2022. It is now 2:15 and I am still waiting for the food. This driver is about 20 minutes away from my house and still driving in the wrong direction. This service is utterly disgusting. There is no way for me to contact the driver and i cannot even see why or how he is taking so long! If I am 1c short Bolt Foods would never process my order, however when my "estimated time of delivery" changes 8 times in an hour I must just accept it!? This is ****ing ridiculous and pathetic excuse for customer service. It's not a wonder majority of the Bolt Drivers gets killed and hijacked because its Karma. Sort your ****ing people out! ****ing waste of time!
The world's worst 'guest house' Maskam Guest Farm . Horrible service. Green pool that was dirty and full of leaves and insects. We were not told about the R50 fee for the aircon, it's like 38 degrees and for the following reasons we couldn't open any windows or doors. So we call, go up to the main house, knock on the doors for assistance and nothing at all. All the lights are on and they blatantly ignore us. Then we have 6 little kids playing outside in the sand and there are scorpians... SCORPIANS!!! I'm talking big black ones, like 10cm long, red ones, brown ones. Almost stung 1 of us and our children were traumatized. It's mad, we couldn't open the doors or windows because we were afraid for our kids lives... The scorpions literally charged straight for us. Aggressive mother effers.. That's not the last of it. Eventually after a long, hot, sweaty, sleepless night. We go up to the reception explain the situation and ask why we weren't informed of everything. She says, oh well we in the wild. Then, to top it all off, she is now looking for a towel. Saying that if we do not return this golden towel by Friday she will lay a case at the police station. Bear in mind the towel cost is R1374 to replace...Maaf, but are you then JAS! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!! It's horrible.
Uber eats dropped off our Order from Roman's Athlone all 4 pizzas is totally squashed together. No response from the "help" on UberEasts app. Just a total lack of customer service.
