I want to share my application with the service I received from the lady at PEP stores Despatch. I was in need of summer sleepwear for my elderly mother but al summer items were already off the shelves. She went the extra mile and found the perfect set for my mother. Thank you sorry I did not get her name.
I ordered through fruugo 29 November 2023. I haven't received the item. I tried contacting fruugo.......but seems there is no way of getting hold of them. I tried email phoning logging complaint on official site. No response. Beware of this service....its non existent.π‘
I want to thank this team for excellent service. Wow....I submitted my application 08:30 this morning, when I got home from work my fibre line was installed and working. This is such a good feeling to get service like this in a country where we are so used to struggle to get things done. Well done!! Keep up the good work π
I am now at the point of cancelling my subscription with vox. The weekend I had no internet on Saturday and poor line speed on Sunday. I have complained about this before and Vox keeps blaming frogfoot and vise versa. I am paying Vox for a service that is non existent, yet I am reminded constantly that the service will be stopped if the account is not paid on time.π‘π‘π‘ Still no internet and no answer from Vox.
After long wait many emails and phone calls.....I finally received a quotation for repairs on my phone. The amount I was given over the phone by the client centre was R8522. When I received the quote it was R10320. I emailed the person and explained I cannot afford it and they must return the phone. The client centre told me they will contact me within 48 hrs. It is now a week and still no one contacted me and I don't know where the phone is. Never will I purchase a Huawei phone again.
In May I queried suspicious activity on my RCS account. I received a statement from them showing nothing suspicious. I received a statement dor January 2024 and the balance I owe is actually more than a year ago. I did not make any purchases and pay every month via debit order. How can I keep paying and my balance doesn't come down. I feel this needs investigating on a higher level. Maybe I must just hand over to SAPS.
On 12 December 2023, I sent my Huawei p50 pocket phone to Huawei in Menlyn for repairs.The phone has an extended warranty. After enquiring they told me that the warranty is void because there is a dent at the back of my phone. The phone worked fine for months after it wasb dented. So I asked for a quotation to have it fixed. After many emails and phone calls I am still waiting for the quote. The call centre people are very friendly but thats where it ends. No service.
I had to turn off my wifi to post this. Worst fibre ever and after I actually upgraded its ten times worse. Sent mail.....no response. Probably still on holidayπ‘π‘π‘
Poor is not the word for the bad experience I had and still struggling to get answers. I ordered a car cover online from Makro 2 weeks ago. It was supposed to be delivered by the 11th December. I sent emails, no reply. To this day I am still waiting for package or to hear from Makroπ‘π‘π‘
