MWEB, The service is absolutely non-existent. We have been a customer for more than 12 years. Whenever there is a problem (quite often) you can hang on the phone for more than 2 hours just to get someone to talk too. This does not mean that you problem will be solved.
I went to the Pro shop in Durban, Saturday the 8th to buy a new set of clubs. After walking around the store for 30+ minutes, I decided to leave as there was nobody around to help. As I walked out, I told the guy standing at the door, how poor the service was. He commented " we short staffed" Well, I am sure the opposition will be willing to do business
My favourite stop was always Milly's. Never again. I stopped there on Thursday. for a quick bite. The restaurant was very quiet. I ordered a coffee milkshake and a plain burger. It took more than 30 min for the burger. The patty was so overcooked I could not get the fork into it. I returned it and was told i would get another one immediately. After another 10 min. I could not waste any more time. Paid and left. NEVER TO RETURN.
I have been a Telkom customer for years. I have many contracts. I was sent a notification that i was due for an upgrade. I was to go to the branch. I went to the Greenstone branch 3 weeks ago. I chose the new phone i wanted and the contract. Too be told that they have to do a credit check??? 3 weeks to do a credit check. I was called to say the phone would be ready on Monday 15th. I went into the store on Wednesday 17th to be told it was not there yet. I was called late Wednesday to say it "here". I went into the store Friday morning to collect my new device. Unfortunately, the wrong contract was offered. The difference to what i asked for was R140.00 to be told it has to go through another credit check, another 2 to 3 weeks. Ridicules.
This is a small business with huge business attitude. Their service is fantastic, the attitude of the staff is incredible, going the extra mile to help sort out problems and coming up with solutions. Nothing is too much.
I wanted to get a valuation on my property to sell. I contacted Property.co.za, chatted to the agent who promised to meet me at a specific time. She didn't show! She called the following day and said she had given it to another consultant, who was coming to see me. Its 4 months now and I am still waiting.
Hi Bought a New Gen Bi Turbo XLT 2023 model. The cruise control does not work. I have had my vehicle at the dealership 4 times. According to Ford "That is how it is." It works on level or uphill but does not slow the vehicle on a downhill. All my other Ford vehicles worked.
Dalmore guest lodge, is a real diamond. The setting is really beautiful and quiet. The grounds are well maintained. The accommodation is absolutely fantastic. There are about 10 chalets, which are all different but fully equipped. Most have fire places in the rooms. The food is world class. 2 trained chefs keep supplying the most wonderful food. Dinner is 3 courses and breakfast is 4 courses. There is a well equipped honesty bar as well. And a little shop.
I went to the Bush Tavern for the first time. The setting is absolutely spectacular, with a wonderful 180 degrees view of the sea. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was devine. The ribs were really good and the hamburgers were fantastic. Highly recommended. I will be a regular at this spot.
1)I bought a Newgen Ford Ranger Bi Turbo. Package 3. It comes with a Speedo cruise. Which does not work. I have taken my vehicle back to the dealership twice, only to be told that the Ford factory says its the best they can do. The so called speedo cruise seems to be just for show, but cost a lot of money. 2) The bonnet opener is situated on the passenger door channel ,cannot be reached from the drivers seat. RIDICULAS 3) I would not be conned again by buying another FORD. This was my 4th brand-new FORD
