They sell damaged stock and claim that it is brand new.
Signed up with FNB for my home loan as they promised great service and 50% of the first installment back in ebucks. I have received neither great service nor the ebucks; and no one can tell me when it will reflect in my account. The first installment went off almost 1.5 months ago? I think that FNB has potential to be the best bank in SA however it fails to deliver time and again.
Cancelled my telkom mobile broadband internet subscription as the 24 month contract had elapsed - first what a mission to get that done. Secondly, once done - I was stilled billed the monthly subscription amount one month later. After calling telkom, I was advised that there is a credit amount owing to me and I need to call the mobile department and request a refund. Why do I have to call to get the money refunded - surely it should be processed automatically? Anyway, I call the mobile department 081 180 and hold for 20 minutes with no answer?
I have been trying to downgrade my cheque and credit card accounts for 2 weeks and no one at FNB seems to know how to go about resolving my request. Its terrible service from the bank that claims to provide seamless and effortless banking to its clients.
