I am highly disappointed in the lack of service as I purchased a lounge suite online and paid for it via eft and even for delivery only to be told three days later they cannot give me the lounge suite due to the incorrect price loaded on the net. This is not my fault and I am the customer here nobody has called me to date. Very disappointed unprofessional lack of service.

Good-day! I purchased a lounge suite cash at furniture vibe.. Loved it in the shop mainly for the buffiness and quality so I believed. Had to return it there after coz of a few cuts it had and stitching opening as well as a squeeky sound on 1 of the couches.. They picked it up instead of giving me a new set they gave me a 2nd hand 1 which was so creased.. I complained again.. Yesterday they gave me another, and again it does not look new.. I asked whether it was, they sed yes.. So I questioned then why is it not in the box, the response was they opened it the previous day to check it... Lies.. I'm still not satisfied, it does not have the buffiness and it's creased here and there but I'm feeling so bad to complain again..but why shud I just settle.. Coz that's my money I want what I initially fell Inlove with😡 Pls advice.. I can't explain how disappointed I am..i would like a brand new 1 or my money back

I'm giving them 2 stars because they're prices are okay and they still stock some dual sided flip over mattresses. However I would not recommend buying from here. I bought & paid cash for 3/4 mattress only bed that I would have to pick up myself. I was informed during the sale that it would take about 5 days to be ready. I followed up after a few days & was told 'any day now', then I followed up after 5 working days, I walked into the store, & was told it would be here next week Wednesday or and that it was a 'special order' and they would call me. I waited till Wednesday and followed up again after receiving no communication from them and asked for them to explain the process to me so I would fully understand the delay.. That's when they tell me the bed had to be made because it wasn't a 'popular size'.. I was told it would then arrive at the store on Friday & again that they would call me.. Friday the whole day went by, no one called until it was end of day 5pm, telling me the would be there on Saturday. I honestly wish that they had correctly communicated the circumstances of this bed before I purchased it. I was under the impression that they had stock of it. I'm disappointed in the fact that they couldn't have atleast communicated with me as soon as they found out about it being a special order that it would be delayed. Instead told 5 days it would be ready.. The sales lady seems *********** to the companies back end processing & abit lazy to communicate to her customer about what is happening. The manager is also to blame for not making sure his staff are corrected communicating with customers and know what's going on. I wish that the pressure wasn't on me to continue to follow up. I disliked hearing this 'we'll call you' nonsense and not recieving any calls.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THEM!!! I bought Grafton Everest couches and paid R15.000 the frame is falling off.I called them then was given a number to speak with someone of which they did call me back.I am now approaching 3 months without any feedback from anyone.When I called the person that was he dealing with my case he told me he resigned and gave me someone else's number,whom has not responded to my messages since 3 weeks ago. The company is a **** and they are quick to take money but don't care abouts customers.DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY SELL POOR QUALITY!!!I REGRET SPENDING MY MONEY TO SUPPORT THEM..

This is the worst company to buy furniture from. I bought a lounge suite online. I was assured that the lounge suite was brand new. The lounge suite was delivered to me. It was mismatched and had defects. I brought this to the sales person attention and they refunded me a small amount for the lounge suite being mismatched. Later in the day I saw a tear on the lounge suite. This time I was told I was refunded for all defects. So if the item was brand new why would you refund me for defects?. The attitude of the managers are pathetic. They do not want to even try to resolve the issue. Please don't support a company that is not transparent or honest with customers.

I did not want to go this route but after 2 months on fights and dealing with a company that is useless I thought it would be fair to warn people out there to be careful when dealing with this company! If I could give zero stars I would. I have never in my life dealt with such a *********** company like this one. The salesman did a good job but after that it's been a nightmare dealing with them. After having promised to deliver my lounge suite on the Tuesday I was told at 4pm in the afternoon they called on my partners phone for another woman to answer and to tell them I indicated they could deliver the Friday! As indicated to the salesman I needed it the Tuesday as I did not have another set. After a long fight with Mark and me requesting a refund I was promised to have my set the following morning with a R1000 discount. Not even 1 month later I had a issue with the couches and called them, I was told I should wait till the new year and they will collect the set then take them to the factory and fix them, however I will have to wait 3 weeks! I of course did not agree to this as where would me and my family sit for 3 weeks? On the floor? After a fight they agreed to replace the set in the new year. The new set arrived 26 January 2024 only to have issues again with the new set on 11 February 2024. Again it was not a month old. They indicated they will send a guy out in a weeks time to fix it which I feel is not acceptable. I've paid money for NEW couches and now they must be fixed and they not even a month old. Never mind this is the 2nd set with the same problem which tells me the problem lies with the manufacturer. I feel this is absolutely bull. If you pay for someone you expect it to be in proper working order. After receiving 2 sets which were new and both have issues tells me this is poor quality. I want my money back so I can buy from a company that can give me the quality and service I paid for Again I was promised to be called by the owner Mark and have not received a call. Empty promises
