Request someone else immediately They outsource guys to do the assessment of the machine that can't even bend to open the machine and inspect it thoroughly. The guy that came out only opened the front of the machine couldn't get down into the machine and check it, took photos of only the gearbox indicated it seized. Lief and said if repaired it and there is is silicone on the gearbox. This is false, they did not even check the motor or do anything else. Their reports are false, they just thumb suck and lie to the insurance. I had to pay 2 other companies to come out for assesments to find out their guys had **** on the report. I've tried to make contact when them via email and still no reply. Absolutely pathetic Be careful.....
I've never in my life dealt with such useless consultants as the ones working for MTN In-store I'm told if your contract expires you can go in on the day the contact expires and change it to prepaid immediately. When you call the call centre they indicate you have to give 30 days notice! Why must I give notice if the contact expires? I tried via various email addresses to give notice as it's impossible to get hold of anyone telephonically for days, finally I was told I must put the notice in writing even though this was done numerous time on email (which no one acknowledged) After giving my 30 days notice, I'm charged, given my data airtime etc for them to take it away 4 days later after paying it, then to be charged a additional Month for. No airtime etc After the contract expired I had to go into a MTN store and Rica the number again. Of course I did all of this only to find my number not Rica and not working. In the 24 months contract the pricing went up 3 times, why if you sign a contract for x amount? Their consultants are really all clueless and each has another story Be careful before signing any contract with. Mtn they are a bunch of ****s and ****mers. They don't even acknowledge these messages
I signed up for a month to month LTE home WiFi but after a month of battling with no signal I cancelled it. They said I have to give a month notice and then went and deducted R999 When I enquired what it's for they indicated a cancellation fee This was not indicated when I signed up I've asked for my recording where the agent said I cancel at anytime and there are no costs involved but of course they cannot give it to me and are full of excuses Highly disappointed

I did not want to go this route but after 2 months on fights and dealing with a company that is useless I thought it would be fair to warn people out there to be careful when dealing with this company! If I could give zero stars I would. I have never in my life dealt with such a *********** company like this one. The salesman did a good job but after that it's been a nightmare dealing with them. After having promised to deliver my lounge suite on the Tuesday I was told at 4pm in the afternoon they called on my partners phone for another woman to answer and to tell them I indicated they could deliver the Friday! As indicated to the salesman I needed it the Tuesday as I did not have another set. After a long fight with Mark and me requesting a refund I was promised to have my set the following morning with a R1000 discount. Not even 1 month later I had a issue with the couches and called them, I was told I should wait till the new year and they will collect the set then take them to the factory and fix them, however I will have to wait 3 weeks! I of course did not agree to this as where would me and my family sit for 3 weeks? On the floor? After a fight they agreed to replace the set in the new year. The new set arrived 26 January 2024 only to have issues again with the new set on 11 February 2024. Again it was not a month old. They indicated they will send a guy out in a weeks time to fix it which I feel is not acceptable. I've paid money for NEW couches and now they must be fixed and they not even a month old. Never mind this is the 2nd set with the same problem which tells me the problem lies with the manufacturer. I feel this is absolutely bull. If you pay for someone you expect it to be in proper working order. After receiving 2 sets which were new and both have issues tells me this is poor quality. I want my money back so I can buy from a company that can give me the quality and service I paid for Again I was promised to be called by the owner Mark and have not received a call. Empty promises

I'm on Red advantage and get 700 free minutes every month. If they are not used they are supposed to be carried over to the next month and can be used then.<br> Vodacom now tells me I must first use my new minutes before I can use my old minutes.<br> This is false advertising. We should be able to use last months free minutes first before using the new new minutes!
