I don’t know where these crooks got my contact number from and yet they are busy calling me and sending me smses, one of their consultants contacted me and asked if I give consent for them to process my information and I said NO. This clearly shows that they are not complying with the POPI Act, they never explained where they got my details from and how did they get my details. I will not answer any of their calls, they must delete my details from their systems.
Stay away from these criminals. They keep on changing delivery dates then don’t deliver on the date that they changed to. Then you have to chase them and ask why they did not deliver, they just say sorry and move on as if nothing is going on. Time to expose them on Checkpoint and Carte Blanche. They don’t even update on why there are delays.

Rather order from takealot or Banggood, at least you can track your order and they inform you if there are delays, you don’t have to go after them. I’ll be opening a case of fraud against Mr Shopper. They need to be reported to Carte Blanche and Checkpoint. They even create Hello Peter accounts to give themselves good reviews.

I ordered on 5 December 2020 and 7 December 2020 both my orders were supposed to be delivered on 21 December 2020 but they never did, both orders were supposed to be Christmas gifts. I finally got hold of them on 28th December and moved my delivery date to 6 January 2021, still no delivery and no communication from Mr Shopper!!! Do yourself a favor and buy your stuff on reliable platforms.
I want my refund on order 43571 and 43811. I bought these items on 5th Dec 2020 and 7th Dec 2020. Delivery dates for both orders have passed, I have left many messages but no one responds. They have ruined my daughters Christmas as I have promised to get her a gift. I want my refund so I can take my money where it’s appreciated and where there is good customer care that communicates with their clients.
I have placed 2 orders with these guys, 1st order was supposed to be delivered on 19 December 2020 and second order today 21 December 2020. They don’t even respond on WhatsApp and emails as to when will I get my stuff, clearly they want to spoil my kids’ Christmas as well as mine.
I wanted to purchase a Mini display port HDMI cable in Maponya Mall for R149 the lady who was called to verify insisted that it’s R499, even after scanning it and it shows that it’s R149 on the system even on the online store it shows that it is R149. That lady told me to go complain and left me just like that. I told her to go and read Section 30 of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) 68 of 2008. I am highly disappointed with such treatment from a reputable store such as Incredible Connection, I have never received such treatment from other Incredible Connection stores. They have just lost a loyal customer and I will never recommend anyone to them ever again.
On 21 November 2018, I was involved in an accident in Woodmead with some lady, she claims that I’m the one who was wrong when she was the one who drove into me. She was avoiding my calls as I wanted the claim number from her I sure who happens to be Bryte Insurance. I then submitted a third party claim with all the required information and documents, they then came back to me saying I need an independent witness because both parties have given them different descriptions of the accident and that they are refuting my third party claim which I feel that it is unfair to me because the car that caused the accident is fixed. My witness was my passenger at the time and they do not want her details.
