Order: AZA03335393 Case number: 86068507 I placed this order on the 16th of June. This order has not been dispatched yet, 10 days later. Their telephone number, 0860001004 (which is all over their website) does not work. I sent an e-mail a week ago, still no reply. The "live online chat" only shows "no agents available". Also not able to contact them via social media. So basically there is no way to contact Adidas.com South-Africa. Absolutely no customer service. This is ridiculous. Where is my order? Wat is going on?
ORDER #762162 I placed this order on 22 January. I paid $22.94 for a number 9 key. The website states that you get shipping updates and customer care. There is no telephone number. I have sent over 10 e-mails and I am still waiting on any reply. There is no shipping updates. I also have not received any package from them as well. No shipping updates No customer care Please people, be warned! This website is a ****!
Order: 123902894 was made on 10 December 2023. I haven't received any updates about my order. I also didn't receive my order. According to the order I was supposed to receive this order by 10 January. There is absolutely no way to contact Fruugo. Absolutely NO customer service. This is a warning to people. Do not buy anything from Fruugo!
