My contract got upgraded without my concern and I phoned them after finding that out and the lady I spoke to promised to cancel that quote on my name and to my surprise today when I went to the Vodacom shop that quote is still there and we’ve been calling them for the past hour and a half but no one seems to be able to cancel it , all they’re doing is passing me from one number to another and no one seems to know this Ferndale square
On the 14th January I took my car to Toyota Buffalo Mthatha for diagnostic, I was helped by the lady named Zodidi. For 3,5 hours couldn’t get hold of my service provider until I decided to contact their driver and that’s when she phoned me back , confirming: if I knew about R1100 I am to pay for diagnosis and I confirmed knowing that. She then told me that my car was sent for wash and then called me back to come and fetch it only to get a car with no diagnostic report, which in my understanding means it was never done and no one cared enough to tell me that. The only thing she said was “We’re not making you pay “ when I was giving her my card for the payment of that R1100 she told me about. Then I wrote my review and got a message that my complaint is handed to someone who will contact me and up until today no one has contacted me yet. My main concern is of people who have no knowledge, is it not possible that they maybe ******?And their whole awful service
Last year October (2024) when I visited an Old Mutual branch in Queenstown I learnt that there was a policy amounted to R182,82 which was not assigned to anything dated back from November 2022 and there was another amount of R 650,42 ofwhich they were not clear as to what is it for it.I thought that the advisor in Queenstown was making a mistake therefore I then went to see an advisor in Mthatha Ngebs branch who confirmed what was said in Queenstown. She then submitted a query on my behalf. There was no communication from them until I decided to email them whereby by their communication was as follows: 1. An sms to contact them 2. First email was an attachment with all my policies excluding the two I was querying 3. Second email saying there is a policy I took in 2021 which was changed from debit to stop that is still continuing on both debits and they have paid me back to my account. I then rep**** : 1. Asking which of my two enquires are they talking about? 2. I also sent them my bank statement showing them how much was deposited to my account which was way less than what they have been deducting till today Then after that I never received a call or email from them but they just deposited a R162,54 yesterday the 4th February 2025. Basically they are milking me out my money then when they feel like it send me a small portion maybe to shut me up. I have been their client for almost two decades and never thought they can **** me like that Regards *****ba
firstly I have insurance with them since October 2014 and I have e-mailed them 4 times and Cherylize sent me a contract with incorrect information and I e-mailed her back with right one on the 1st June 2015 and she promised to forward it to the person in charge of that. On the 9th October 2015 morning I sent Cherylize an e-mail to inform her that I still haven't received my contract BUT no reply. Same day in the evening my car stopped in Grahamstown and when I phoned them I found out that my details were never updated and in my contract I am supposed to get a hired car which I wasn't able to get as I was never told the terms and conditions for it and I even decided to cancel them towing my car as I was gonna be left stranded in a place I didn't't even know
