I am in terrible pain. Had to have an ambulance bring me to the hospital due to extreme pain. But I am covered right? Wrong! Discovery decided that I need to pay R3000 towards the MRi and nothing towards the facet block (R6700) that would bring relief to my pain. So what other options do I have? Surgery (which they will pay for at huge expense) or go home and go through this agony on a daily basis. Thanks Discovery. I really appreciate your support during this difficult time.
Why when you want a contract, you can do it any day of the week. 365 days a year. But try to cancel, and it has to be via a telephone call, Monday to Friday. What about those that can't call during the week? They can't cancel at the store. They can't email, you have to call. Ridiculous! Please mtn, inform your potential customers that when they want to cancel, it'll be difficult as hell
Worst customer service ever! Went to the toilet, the driver called (didn’t bother coming to the flat as the supervisor would have buzzed me) and left. Now will only come back tomorrow. That after I saw the missed call and tried to call the driver back over 30 times! Moral is the story? Don’t go use the bathroom if Ram delivers. They’ll not bother to come to the flat. They’ll leave and come back the next day. Will never use them EVER!! TakeALot uses Mr Delivery. Maybe Rain should use them too.
Worst company ever! They don’t respond to your queries - nothing. A month without a telephone line or adsl and still no response!! And when I call the call centre, it’s always the same response: its with the Cabling department and they’re going to assign a technician. It takes a month to assign a technician? Really? And when I insist on speaking to a supervisor, I’m promised they’ll call a supervisor at the Cabling department and call me back. Ha!! Yeah right! Not a single call. I don’t know what to do anymore
<p>Do not expect Pick n Pay to value you as a customer or to make you a priority - even after years of shopping at Pick n Pay. Yesterday I went to the Pick n Pay close to us. I bought a few things. I needed Strawberry Jam. The large one showed price of R26,99 and the small R23,99. So I took the large. Get to the till point and it scans R49,99. So I tell them that's not what the label says on the shelve. So a supervisor goes with me to see. So he says it's the wrong label and takes it away and shows me it is supposed to be for the small tin. I then tell him to leave it and I take the small tin. The cashier then rings it up and it's R26,99. I show her the label where it shows 450g for R23,99. She says no it's a wrong label. I tell her but the label specifies it is for All Gold, Strawberry Jam, 450g. She insists it's the wrong label. Now, this is just a R3. I could have walked out, but making me walk up and down twice and to keep telling me it's a wrong label, just got me really hot under the collar. So I demand to speak to a manager, and I'm told he's "somewhere". I say then call him. They say "he's probably outside". And they look at me as they're not sure what to do. So I cancelled it and walked out. Thanks Pick n Pay for making me and my money feel sooo welcome. I did manage to get my stuff at Spar, which is just a block further. Guess your R3 cost you a couple of thousand rand pm. Smart move</p>
