Chris approached us 2021 to install for our house. In January 2022 we signed contract. 7 months later we still don’t have our house complete. We paid 90% as per contract. We still have areas open. He has even installed cracked glass for us. We had to extend leasing contract because of him. We are staying in an incomplete house with 3 children 10 years old and 6 years old and 6 months old. The health risk we are in. The house is cold. The is so many openings . I can go on and on about the sloppy and disgusting service we have received from them. Hire him at your own risk.

<p>When I took up the contract, I was told the is a 7 days cooling off period. On the 11 April I cancelled the contract. 11 April I send an email to cancel Terence Mbongwa and I also called the customer care line to cancel. Terence send me the form , I filled out the form and emailed back.</p> <p> </p> <p>I received an email 15 April stating : “The reference number of the case logged as per the request in question is ********** 3, you can follow up on it anytime on 081180. When I call the number I am told they cannot transfer me to the cancellation department.</p> <p> </p> <p>Telkom has billed me for May, June and July. I only used the April data. Can you please cancel the contract and collect the device. Can you please also refund me for May, June and July.</p> <p> </p> <p>Bianca Delo contacted me, though nothing fruitfull has come up.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is my work address. <br> On Thursday I called multi-choice, to tell them I won't have money in my account for the debit order on the 14 July. I asked if I can make a cash payment at pick n pay.<br> <br> I was told I can, though it must be done before the 13 July because you're having a system upgrade.<br> <br> I made the payment 10 July at pick n pay, I called in at multi-choice they say they received the money and was guaranteed my account won't be debited.<br> <br> When I check my bank statement today 16 July, account was debited. It bounced and have R115 bank charges.<br> <br> Can you please pay for the bank charges because this is costing me a lot. <br> <br> This is happening for the 2nd time, in April my debit order bounced. That is why I made sure my account is paid to avoid the same thing that happened in April. <br>
