They are *****ing our money. I wish it was possible to create a civil case against them and the people managing it. They constantly change the account due dates some months it is 2nd of the next months and other months it is the second of the same month. Most people only get paid after the 25th of the month and can only pay after the 25th of the month and then they issue you with a pretermination costs. They killing paying customers

Vodacom phoned me to upgrade my contract. The engagement was good and I was given a good deal which I accepted. After delivery I asked a few questions and realized I don't have the package that I agreed on. I have now raised ticket after ticket asking Vodacom to fix it and honor our agreement. I just don't get any ware with the call centers. I cant even get hold of call recording where everything was confirmed on. I have 14 days to accept the deal it is now 4 days of call after call and not a single person can make a decision and fix the mess. It seems it is easier to just close my tickets and not resolve it so that the call center stats look good. Now I get a sms that they are cancelling the deal and want the device back. I want them to honor our agreement. If I was in the contract and wanted to get out they would not let me out. But it seems they messed up and now just want to get out of it without fixing the problem.
